Cobra 139 XLR service bulletin (TSB) Relocating a transistor and frequency drift

I'm restoring my Cobra 139 XLR and noticed the tsb has not been done. This video shows why and how to do the technical service bulletin. Relocating TR36 and removing R153 to prevent frequency drift due to added heat buildup.

I had and used as a teen a Cobra 142, I learned a lot about electronics, CB, HAM, Shortwave, and building my own amp out of old tubes from TV's. My heart will always be with my first Cobra 142.
