Wiring a mic and Cinch Jones connector for a Realistic TRC-48

Finding an original mic for this radio is very tough. So I decided to convert a preamplified realistic mic into an almost original mic. I also wired a proper cinch jones power connector for it as well.

I used to have that radio in the hay-days of CB radio communication! It was definitely a great radio! Never had any problems whatsoever with that radio. I had it connected to a fiberglass base-station antenna and had good range with the standard wattage of the radio.

Nice microphone work! That's a nice 23 channel radio with clear audio. An eventual recap would probably give it another 30 years it so.
