I follow your videos and do some qigong with you most mornings. Thank you for sharing these short routines. I would like to know what you are saying in this video partway in when you are tapping up and down your sternum (at 4:45 or so). I know I'm misunderstanding because I keep hearing "take a few deep, cautious breath." I'm sure you are saying something else. Please help me hear differently. Thank you.
