Lesley singing is the cherry on top.. love practicing with her.. been avoiding for a year since i tear up every time i do a session. Still get teary-eyed every now and then but her practices are the best, at least for me. Very grateful to have these moments with her. 🥰🙏🏽
I have always loved her. Here I am years later still returning to her classes and reminding myself of how it feels to be truly loving towards myself.

You know what?- I´ve done a crazy thing. I´ve joined a yoga live class here in germany- and what shell i say. It was great, but i still love your exercises more, i can always choose what i need in the moment, can press the pause buttom and i love your to do it your way, ...gentle and smooth AND- with love and without any competition. Thank you Leslie! Love your voice. Can you do also a minimal cues video for yogis who have been yoga practioners for over 20 years and may need less detailed verbal alignments during the practice and listen to our own breath. You are the best.

Iv just finished this practice and thoroughly enjoyed it but could you clarify the breathing technique for me, do I understand correctly that all the way through you hold your stomach in breathing to your chest and ribs? I feel like it’s a struggle achieving it thank you
