Thanks for the video, i been wanting to start a water fast, but its difficult as someone that works at a restaurant fulltime. The temptation is always there. But im ready for this lifestyle change because ever since i was a child, i always had a unhealthy glutton relationship with food.
I'm 41 hours into a 7 day fast, all I can say is fast prior leading up to the 7 day fast and prepare how you want to enter into the 7 day fast, gradually cutting down sugar intake consuming keto friendly foods and not reaching past (35g), taking electrolytes is key to burning fat.
I've been doing 42 hr water fast every weekend for these past 3 weeks now . gonna do it again this sunday it's surprisingly addicting the energy and mental clarity you get But I'm still wondering if this will affect metabolism if I do it every week because I'm doing OMAD on weekday as well . but I refeed on saturday to prepare for sunday fast I've been doing OMAD for like 6 months without problem and get some good result

I’ve done 86 hours dry fast and 5 days water fast . It’s all up to how you listen to your body.
Dry fasting is so much easier for me I just did 3 days dry.
