This was a fun one. You let your crazy side show. And we love it!! All sides of you!!! You are precious. It’s being ourselves and real with each other. That’s what Intimate friendship is all about. Here to be friends, albeit online, but encourage each other. My 20-year old daughter has met two of her best friends online.
Fun video! Sending Happy Birthday wishes to Carrie 🎉I love the wool plaid coat, especially with the burgundy scarf. You’ve transitioned to the style of clothing that I absolutely love! Brooches are a blast to the past, but I often will use one pinned on the front to dress up my winter scarf. Here’s a hack on how to quickly separating the goop from squash and pumpkin seeds: after scooping out the seeds dump the pulp with seeds into the bowl of a mixer ( ie kitchen aide stand up mixer) with a paddle attachment, fill the mixing bowl about 1/2 way up with water, turn on mixer (start on low) and let it mix for a couple of minutes. Turn mixer off and remove the paddle - most of the pulp will be wrapped around the paddle and the seeds will be floating in the water. Remove the seeds using a wire strainer. They should be nice and clean and ready to dry or roast in the oven.
I think the jeans are perfect. I’m 38 this year so we are basically the same age. Super skinny is currently out so don’t size down. They are very flattering. If you wanted to you could alway get them tailored. Sizes are just a guide anyway. I always get my clothes tailored xx

Lydia, I have to say the puppy time with all the chatting, smooching, singing, dancing and getting uber excited for them to go outside and tend to their business were my favorite parts! Oh, and yes, I am all in to watch you polish pumpkin seeds while you chat about all the things you hope for those seeds! It seems like the day-to-day wholesome parts are fewer and further apart on the internet these days. Don’t get me wrong, I will always adore the beauty and aesthetics of decor, fashion and makeup/skincare. But seeing your fun and silly side is so joyful and it’s wonderful to see the many facets of Lydia, especially when adoring your beloved fur babies! I love it when you incorporate all the warm, fuzzy wholesomeness! 💗🐶💗
I’m not a UA-camr, but it does seem to me, and I’ve heard this all around that all you can do is be who you are, and trust God with that! If you lose or gain people, it really doesn’t matter… Because all you can be is yourself… It takes so much energy to try to be someone else-and on top of that, it never works…and yes, styles, morph, and radically change even sometimes! Do NOT size down those jeans in any circumstances! Skin-tight jeans are so tacky and you'll have the worst case of Camel Toe ever! You look relaxed, put-together and fantastic! Enjoy the comfort.

I was covering my eyes about the 'camel toe' and actually nearly leaped out of my chair at..... shaving the nether region gags. But then, I am practically monastic.

The Jean in 6 actually look great, and you will have some shrinkage when tumble drying. A smaller size won’t look as elegant either. The lighter and tighter cheapens the look often times.

You don’t need to rub the whole pulp off the seeds. It will dry off. I wash them in a sieve so they will not fall in the drain and then put them all on a rowel and tap them dry and let them dry on a tissue by the window

I feel that of all the Cotswolds influencers, your content is the most wholesome, balanced and true to your branding. From lovely music you choose, to beautiful videography and your lovely bubbly and unpretentious personality, it just makes it so much more enjoyable to watch. As a middle aged woman, that has the means for luxury, I completely understand you on where you stand on your priorities regarding trends and the joy small things in life bring, like the pumpkin seeds. We all have an understanding that you make a living by sponsored ads, but the way you thread your content ever so carefully to ensure there is balance and consideration for all your audiences, is truly amazing.

The size 6 on the jeans work for you because when you wash them and dry them they're going to shrink up a little.

For any squash or pumpkin with a thick skin, you can cut it more easily by placing it in a microwave for 2-3 minutes. It won't cook, but it will soften the skin enough to cut it easily. We haven't seen the sun here in more than a week. The temperature here was between -13C to -11C and it has finally reached -1C. Good for you that the sun is shining. Send some here.

Love your style so much. Everything fits you so nicely. The hectically oversized trends that the cool girls are wearing at the moment is hideous and does absolutely nothing to flatter the female form. They will look back in 10 years and say what was I thinking! You look at pictures of your grandmother wearing clothes that fit and suit her and you admire her so much. Thants the way it should be. Proper fitted tailoring is so much nicer in my opinion.

I literally came out of the womb a classic girl. The dresses my mom made for me were 40s-50s very tailored with beautiful fabrics. Drove mom crazy but she loved my style. Lovely vlog as always! I’ve been using skin and me since using your code last year maybe in the spring? I can’t remember exactly when BUT I love it! It has improved the texture and quality of my skin so much, it’s more glowy and healthy looking and the fine lines have improved too. Huge fan! Also I had a disappointing visit to Champneys recently too, it was so busy and chaotic it just didn’t have the calm spa vibes I remembered 😞
