This app consists of endurance/cardio, strength, mobility and yoga workouts, conducted in a variety of workout formats.
This is different from the Nike Run Club app, which is more focused on running.

Great review! I am a big fan of NTC and love that it’s free. It was a great intro for me to working out with their programs. But as time went on, I found the content lacking and I’ve recently switched to Peloton. But I’d say it’s great for people to try out and adjust to working out at home!
Thanks, Linda! Yeah it definitely has a lot going for it with all the different types of workouts it offers! Since it is free, I figure that's why they may not update with fresh content as frequently as paid apps do. Still; looking forward to comparing this with those apps! Thanks for watching!

Thanks for this review - what training modules would you recommend for max fat burning? endurance? (I am a gym fanatic so fitness levels are high - with the gyms closed, I'm looking for an app to help keep things interesting and ensure max fat burn) - Many thanks
After 1.48 you say that there are 436 training programs to choose from. Here in Denmark, where I live, there are only 213 training programs to choose from? Do you know why there is such a big difference? It's all in English in advance, so there should be no difference on the app whether you live in the US or Denmark, as it is in the same language?

Its wonderfull app but i cant find chest exercises with dumbbells?
I selected my height and weight but it doesn't work. What should I do

Anytime, SmilePandas! Great question! Unfortunately, the Apple Watch can’t be paired with the iPad so it won’t work as seamlessly as it does with the iPhone 😔.

I don't see the program option in the android app. Is that feature specific to ios?
Hey Priyank! It should also be available on Android devices.
They mention the Training-Led Programs in the app details:

Unfortunately, I don’t have an Android to test with, so I can’t demonstrate where exactly it might be. For iOS, it’s a menu option at the bottom. Perhaps on Android, it can be found within another menu item like Workouts?
As one with almost no workout experiences, I'm having trouble with choosing programs. I dont know what I need and what's good for me.
Hello! How did you do eating ? Before or after workout?
I like to work out in the mornings, so exercise would be the first thing I do before breakfast. Immediately after I have a protein drink!
@@KevTheTrainer I am not sure I can lose muscles if I do it in the mornings. But I love to do in the mornings
I also love working out before breakfast. But sometimes also 2 hours after a little breakfast.

For me, it appears on the bottom right of the screen. What’s your bottom menu look like?
Thanks much for the answer! On my latest app I have no such option. I only have Home, Workouts and Acitivity. I called them and they don’t understand it either. No matter if I delete the app and restart it.

Theres no track of calories burnt in the app without a smartwatch. I don't really get how many I've burnt.

Is there no chest or back?
Haha that’s actually funny how they didn’t label those. Technically, they don’t list out Chest or Back, but within the Arms/Shoulders category are all the Upper Body workouts. 😆

how to delete a downloaded workout
Go to your profile at the top left > Settings > Workout Settings > Delete All Workouts at the bottom. Unfortunately it’s an all or nothing deal.
Can I build muscle through this app and why it don't have chest workouts.
Hey, SEEZY Beats. Yes, you can! You can filter for Strength focused workouts. It is a bit odd that they don’t have a filter for chest and back, but the arms and shoulders category does include full upper body workouts.
