I watched your video "Somatic Yoga and Beyond". I really appreciated your clear and very useful explanations and decided to take action by starting with "Somatic Yoga a Journey of Self Discovery". For about 1 month I've had very strong pain in my left leg from the knee to the hip. At the beginning of the video I was unable to sit cross-legged. The left leg could not bend. At the end of the class I was able to adopt the cross-legged position perfectly. Your class helped me a lot. I find Somatic Yoga to be a gentle and comfortable approach to yoga. Thank you and well done 🥰🥰

Thank to you, I haven`t practiced anything for a long time and my body was like a log, with a backache , even my shoulders hurt. Just one week with your somatic yoga in the morning and I feel as a new person - more elastic, with light thoughts. Thanks a lot!

Wow!! Thank you. After the first sitting with hands at heart, the top half of my body felt like a snake … it was swirling and moving from side to side … ever so slightly but it felt amazing 🤩 I could really feel that spinal energy for the first time. At the end, it was like my 3rd eye was my coach - I didn’t realise I was tense in my shoulders until it said … relax your shoulders ❤ So powerful. Thank you again 😍😍😍😍😍

Hi Emily, this is so exciting!! 🙌. I studied Medical Sciences and Biology, so when I create Somatic classes I combine my strong knowledge in anatomy and physical ailments with yoga.
