    I did this again today … and during pigeon, I had that same gentle sway to my body - like my spine was rotating and moving. It was pretty awesome 🤩 I’m noticing this spinal movement more and more - it feels like a release of some sort but my body also feels very alive when I’m quiet and noticing this. ❤ Thank you 🥰🥰🥰

      @@emmaliston2317 this is not the first time it happens to you. I believe you are awakening your Kundalini energy and yes, that is AWESOME! 🤩 Keep it going. I would try a Yin Yoga class and see what happens. Yin moves a lot of energy while not moving the body.

    I love this beautiful sister! I had a gym injury to my pudendal nerve left side and hip surgery in 2014 and was bedridden for 4 years. I had sexual trauma and my family never heard my voice when it happened in junior high. I worked out and was an exercise physiologist but I always had no flexibility in my hips due to trauma. Now I have set myself free of the people who harmed and never supported me. Namaste, beautiful beings of light. Love yourself and always listen to your body because it keeps score.

    I really loved taking the time to follow this yoga practice! The whole week I've felt so caught up in work that I didn't find the time to slow down and listen to my body.     Thank you for another lovely video. I'm only on day three but already looking forward to doing the exercise in the morning rather than "putting myself through it", rolling around on the floor feeling like a baby elephant! 🤣 as i have in other exercise programmes.     This was a great tool for learning the names and poses. I’m a month into your yoga videos and had a tough learning curve never having taken a yoga class before. This explained a lot and I would appreciate more basic classes with the different poses. Your videos are my favorite of all the online options! Your voice is very calming and I don’t feel terrible if I can’t achieve the same “look” you are demonstrating…😳
