Nice tutorial. I've tried doing this with acetone in the garage vs baking in the oven at 175C. The acetone is definitely my preferred option as the smell from baking stinks the house out. Baking is quicker and can do many more at a time, just need to wait for them to cool as the glue stays very brittle and easy to break off after cooling. With the acetone it's a much slower job taking at least two days, sometimes three to dissolve the glue. Just need to wear protective gloves as the acetone-cryo mix is nasty. I've had success trimming rear tyres off by only cutting the side-wall, doesn't damage the insert and less cutting.
Nice tips! I had not heard of this tip before, so definitely might give it a try... I also succesfully once managed to remove a set of tyres by putting everything in the oven for a while, but not sure it'll loosen up all types of glue...
