Will this mod also be ported on the PC version of the game? Or is this just PCSx2 only? Otherwise I'm gonna have to hunt down a copy of KH1FM and Chain of Memories on the PS2. lol. :) Would love it if someone killed off the deck commands TBH and added traditional fighting mechanics from KH1/2. Would be really cool. :) Would be a game changer for sure! :) :D Like give you a option for Chain of Memories like to use regular fighting skills like actual Keyblade or just use the cards. I wish they went with that option in all honesty. Or use cards and keyblade at the same time, for example, you fight a Heartless, it drops a card after you kill it, like a room, etc. Say heartless attack you while its dark room, and you can use the room to your advantage to move around with out the cards to grind and such. Would be cool. :) :D What would be a nice idea for Chain of Memories "PS2" is if someone made a revamp to make it easier to the cards to have auto attack for you or something, like card suggestions for Sonic Blade, etc. Would be neat. :) :3

wait until you see Style Meter + Style Stances + New Game Plus heartless layouts. The new stances will make riku's stances look like baby's first game design

@@gothwood9 Every new addition will not involve levelup table specifically so that it works at level 1. Riku's stances not working on level 1 was an oversight that i never considered while I was making the mod, so i'm definitely going to fix that
I read "Allows you to fly" and just about shit a brick, this is so fucking cool and I love that the keyblade abilities are all incredibly personalized, cuz it makes them all feel badass to use

I remember when KH for PC was first announced, the first thing I did was ask if you were gonna make a port, it sounded like such an obvious thing to do, but you said you had no intentions on doing so. Look where we are, about a year after the PC release or this mod and you're still updating it. You've done absolute God's work to KH1.
Definitely the best KH1 mod out there. I've played a few dozen Crit Mix randomizers over the past year or so, but kept running into a game-stopping issue where the Trinity in Agrabah just wouldn't be obtainable. Anyways, I'm very excited to play the new version and see if the issue is fixed! Even if it's not, this is still an absolutely revolutionary mod.

Be honest I would appreciate the slow motion for when I navigate the menu in kingdom hearts one and two. Under most circumstances most magic I need would be short cut but I believe kingdom hearts 1 and 2 have secret bosses that have moving shock commands
Looks great overall! I know it said partially complete on the mod page, and I also figure it's a workaround, but having regular Sora in Atlantica does look a bit unpolished. Genuinely not trying to shit on the mammoth effort this took, that's my only real critique! (I'm also one of the rare, crazy people who actually finds video game water levels pleasant.) Looking forward to trying this after work today and getting a new spin on one of my favorite games.
I'm probably going to grab a Steam Deck OLED soon, so once i have that i'll try it out. If i can get it to work, i'll probably put up an installation guide

I'll say this much Its going to make Sephiroth's and Xemnas fight much easier. The stiff combos made the game challenging. I'll definitely give this a try
honestly the only bad things about kh1 combat are the shitty camera (god bless your soul during the neverland shadow sora fight) and the fact that dodge roll and guard are abilities you need to level up to unlock aside from that the combat has real charm to it with how grounded it feels, its like every attack sora pulls off has actual weight to it
i dont know if its just because of the 1.0.0.9 update or something but the mod just doesnt work for me, ive reinstalled it and done everything in order yet i cant choose master mode or critical mode and i get none of the abilities
This is what I imagine would happen if Sora decided to travel through time like Xehanort did to teach his past self how to give those mf'ers in his past the beating they deserve. We all know Sora wishes he could go back and give Maleficent a more thorough beating at Hollow Bastion.
I played the whole Game with this mod and every time i open the door to the Ansem fights i get sent back to destiny isalands in the begining can You fix that?
I know the atlantica combat is a work in progress but im genuinely unable to get past ursula 1 without the game crashing. Is there any workaround to this?
this is how KH2 should have played… this is basically just longer combos… not clicking 1 button for a multi hit 6 second animation obscured by blinding energy explosions… also the sped up individual hit animations is interesting… a lot of this could be incorporated into a reworked “leveling up” system that goes further than the original game
This is pretty cool, but I don't expect this to feel right since enemies in bosses are a lot slower in the first game. It's very similiar to Dark Souls 1 where both you and the enemies' attacks are slower and weightier than in later games.

I do feel like Oathkeeper should have a limit to revives, so it's not broken, but other than that this all looks CRAZY good and I want it sm
Second Chance does not exist in this mod which really changes how you need to approach managing your HP/MP/revives

Enemies in this mod are faster. Even moreso on Master Mode.
