Hi. My polo handbrake doesn't readily release after being parked for 3 days or more. I realise that the right hand wheel would not move. How do you release it
Not specified. Seems to be done intuitively by first tightening slightly, then mounting the wheel and wiggling it before an additional slight tightening, verifying that the wheel is still revolving freely on its new bearing. Finally wheel is dismounted, nut is locked and wheel mounted a final time.
