Skelethrone is an underrated Metrodvania inspired by Dark Souls though. They added NG+/++/+++ and onward recently and make the game much more enjoyable to replay.
I'm going to have to dive back into it then. I finished the true ending and it felt like it just kind of ended, but I definitely enjoyed it enough to give NG+ a go to try and round up some trophies.
Wow great list! Really amazing games on here, especially Ato, Sheepo, Islets and worldless! - Ghost 1.0 is pretty solid in terms of gameplay but the level design is pretty weak. However the story is a lot of fun with likeable albeit quirky characters and a fun twist ending. - Ato is just a masterpiece, each combat encounter is incredible and the story is fucking heartbreaking. Brilliant music too and the simple pixel art still looks great and recognizable - I've yet to play biomorph but i'm super excited to play it later this year :) Looks great and heard good things about it. - Sheepo is such a lovely game, and the first of kyle thompson's impressive catalogue. It's a great game and it only gets better with islets (loved it) and crypt custodian (yet 2 play) - Rusted moss is a hard game both in movement and bosses but if you can master it, it's super satisfying. There's also lots of accesibility options to help you if you struggle
Monster Boy is a must play and Twisted Insane Shadow Planet is a gem! Microsoft really should brig it to the newer platforms, including mobile (except the dlc that is a lame)
Respectfully but how could you like monster boy? The game had clunky controls and was somehow super difficult. The puzzles were cool and art cute but gameplay was weak imo

A turn-based metroidvania? You have my attention! 🙂
Thanks for bringing a few new games to me once again! Worldless and Ato have been wishlisted. 😁
Yes indeed, worldless is really unique

You find the polluted world of Pronty beautiful...🤔
Other than that, good list for once!

Pronty
What game is depicted in the thumbnail?
It's just a piece of AI art I expect. If you check out this guy's channel most of his thumbnails are similar. They are cool though! 😅
