I like your teaching style, but your lesson would be a lot easier for me if you were facing away from the camera. It gets confusing when you are going the opposite direction from the student.
That's exactly what I thought. I think she should do that too. It would be way easier to just have her face the other way. I got really frustrated trying to go the opposite direction.
Yeah; it's a little annoying to have to reverse things, I'll admit. But that's okay. This was like 4 years ago.

Great combo! The first day & second day I tried the exercise it felt challenging, but by day 3 it felt natural. Thank you for posting this exercise! It's so cute. I've been repeating it to the song "Airbus 340" by (Marty Party) and it's a perfect warm-up for me! ;)

Hi, LOVE your videos but I agree with Judi. That little box of just your feet would be better served if it were a back shot. I know that's probably not feasible or you would already be doing it, but it would be helpful. Anyway, thanks so much for teaching me!

Great Vidoe but it would be incredibly helpful if you could have another box where it shoes you turning away from camera. For someone who has NEVER tapped before being able to follow your steps would make a world of difference. :)

Interested in tap, but would like to know 1. Can it only be done with those metallic shoes? 2. Is it applicable to a general dancing, say that you're out at the club?
+superseiyan tap shoes? yes, you can only really do tap with tap shoes,
and it isn't considered general dancing, unless your a very confident person, don't try and pull his off in the club

Just found this series of videos today. I've taken ballroom dancing for years but never tried any tap. I love the bite-sized lessons. One thing I found on this one that might make it harder to put to music is that I believe it's actually FIVE counts of 8 rather than FOUR counts of 8.

I have been tapping for many years, and only looked this up to see what cringiness i could find, and let me tell you, of you are interested in learning tap DO NOT TRY THIS. The technique is wrong and you will need and in person teacher to learn right.

I realise you posted this 3 years ago, but if you are still interested the shuffle is broken into two separate moves. The brush (on the way down. Or forward in this video) and the spank (on the way up. Or back in this video). Her technique is not great on shuffles but she gets the sound out. Hope that helps 😊
