I commented that on an earlier video but in case you didn't see: You actually can sprint really fast just with the Exosuit . Well... actually not sprinting... but if you: 1. Sprint (Shift) 2. Boost (Ctrl) 3. Slide (C) and then while holding those three 4. Jump (Space) you can get quite speedy. Watch out not to get that FingerSPAGHETT but if you want, combine all that with the fastest Belt you have to get to SUPERSPEED in no time :) Keep up the good work, love ur vids :)

I mean, if you know the exact distance you move, and how quickly you move, you can work out how fast these things boost you. It’d just be a bit of a pain to do though
For the circular accelerators I always make multiple entrances on one side and leave the other side a solid tube. Having only one entrance and exit point makes them nearly 100% reliable.
@@louisdrouard9211 I usually do 4 to 6 entrances on one side and leave the other side a solid tube. Just have to do some trial and error with where the final entrance is for the destination tube.
Or you could add multiple exits pointing in various directions to get a hyper tube randomizer. Want to travel, but you don’t know where you want to go? Try the randomizer!
with the loop design, what about adding a hypertube that runs around the outside and ejects you into the launcher so that even if you get ejected from the loop on the wrong side you get put into one that corrects it and takes you around half a turn to the correct place.

What I'd also want to know is if it's possible to travel backwards with the normal hypertube setup that has multiple entrances to boost the speed. Because I guess the character would be crushed against the one-way booster entrances. Or, if we make them two-way, then we'd exit at a very high speed.
On the round cannon, I install a bypass tube. Straighten it out a bit so it putes you straight into the output and you're golden. Minor speed loss, but at least it's consistent
Kibz, the circular launcher has a 90 degree offset so you'll exit 90 degrees from where you started. The 2-entrance version is incosistent because its offset by 180 degrees. I reckon a 4-entrance launcher is bigger but more reliable as every entrance is offset by 90.

This vid especially, was having a bit of trouble figuring out how to use them between my new Nuclear factory/power-plant and main factory. Anyways, thanks again - all the likes and subscribed.
I just had a thought for the how to get around the finicky nature of the hyper tube loops. On the other possible exit, the undesirable one, just make another entrance whose exit also points where you want to go.
6:30 Ok, I thought about running Hypertubes along my rail lines, since I'm going to have rail lines to major outposts, and now I've got to try this railgun method with a U-Jelly pad at the end. Scenic is for train rides. "OHGODSOMETHINGBORKED" is for railguns.
I actually did try out the loop the loop thing, but I only had 1 enterance in the circle. it takes longer to accelerate, but 100% guaranteed to exit the right time to fling you to next hypertube.
Been watching Season 4 and came across this vid. Well done BTW. It reminded me a bit of Mythbusters and I now picture it starting like.... "Today on Satisfactory: Mythbusters, ImKibitz plays with hyper tubes and you won't believe the results."
When building small loops I do 3 steps next to each other from loop to where I want to go, then I space the loop 4 steps entrance to entrance, and 7 steps to the side. There is also a bigger loop you can build using 4 entrances, which gives a more consistent loop. You can also slow down if it goes too fast in the tubes, by clicking in S, to go back. But just click it now and then at the end and you wont die when shooting out of the tube.
Not sure if you knew this, but by hyperstacking (get it?) the booster system the tubes just snap your diddly darn neck, and you get to see the creation of the universe.
This was a fun stream to watch... and great video now. As someone mentioned on Twitch, Nerd Parade has a great hyper tube launch system that seems to be very reliable. And smaller as well.
I just built my world crosser using this video; they fixed the map so the ground is always loaded or something, then trees and other plants poof into existence. I am building a base to stop me from flying to my death outside the world's boarder. 16 entrances is too low as I couldn’t do 45° for the exit and the trees load in causing me to hit one, so I got 17 entrances shooting me clean across the map into a base I building to catch me; seems though I can phase through walls if I put the floor to close to where I land or a gate 5 blocks away from the wall behind it. Guess I need to use parachutes or jet packs now.
Have a question, let say we combine the straight booster theory and the centrifuge booster into one, by breaking the 2 semi circle tubes into 4 or 6 segments and see whether they add additional boost. And about the orb, I think, like the oscilloscope, the video card could not keep up with the map changes and drawn a dot or orb in the middle of the camera.
This is the only topic I think I've seen both Kibitz and Let's Game it Out both do in Satisfactory, though while the latter did it because, well, that's what he does, Kibitz is using it practically. I hope it isn't patched in the future. That'd suuck.
One HUGE improvement I've made: I've made the cannon only consume power for any short few moments that I actually use any of my cannons. You can hook your cannon up to just a few Power Storages (1 - 10), more Power Storage = quicker charge. And then hook this system up to a Power Switch, and the Power Switch to your main power grid. (Do not hook cannon system to your main power grid, thats what the Power Switch is for). when you want to use the cannon, Power the Switch on for just a few seconds, then power it back off again and quickly enter the cannon. With enough Power Storage batteries (it doesnt take too many), you can quickly flick the Power Switch on and back off and have more than enough time than you need to enter and exit the cannon. Free cannon basically. Now you can make as many as you want and not fear power consumption at all. Your average hyper cannon WITHOUT power storage and an off switch would consume about 100-200MW/s constantly which quickly turns into thousands of MW/s in an efficient hyper cannon network.
Going that fast would actually cause everything to turn black as it blueshifts light beyond the visible spectrum. If that’s the case, the Orb would be high energy waves at least, possibly gamma or higher.
If each launcher gives you speed, and when you leave, you get to keep that speed (eg if each hyper-tube entrance increases your speed by 50meters per second, then speed would increase LINEARLY, not exponentially. Also, Irreguardless isn't a word.
The only acceptable way to watch 16:10-17:00 is with the audio muted and Sonic's green hill zone blaring in the background. Mario's star power theme is a reasonable substitute.
One friend of mine recomended me this channel, and told me you were actually investigating the hypertube boosters and launchers. I know this video is old, and i dont know if you already know it but, i conbined this mechanic whith the fact that you do not recieve damage with horizontal collitions and jelly pads to make eficient and usefull hypertube connections between my bases. Had the weird black screen happen to me on only 10 regular launchers. I had the launchers and exits as close as possible (cannot even see the tube). Guess is caused super fast acceleration. Made launchers with longer tubes and it acts more normal.
while seeing the recs at 0.25 speed i noticed that you glich trough a green hyper-loop part, like the orb, you might glitch INSIDE the hyper loop, sadly its not that since its actually not the same texture BUT you glitch into the inside of hyper loop before watever the heel happen next
The exosuit does make us travel further since you travel faster with them intead of the normal blade runners. I'm really just trying to show off concepts in this vid and goof around a bit :)
Okay now there’s two things i want to see someone try and do- 1) Try to build a hypertube loop that won’t kick you out, and just see what happens. And 2) Try to build a hypertube launcher that accelerates you to the literal speed of light (just under 3 million meters per second)
Kibitz, when building a loop launcher, have it near a wall, so when the game tries to launch you out the wrong side you bump off the wall and get back into the loop.
To fix the problem of it flinging you backwards on the loop maybe make an extra outer loop that is spaced out at the same distance as the launch portion so that it will still send you through the launcher
I built an accelerator loop that immediately dumps into a linear accelerator, now I can travel straight upwards in a hypertube without slowing down at all
Perhaps the devs have teleportation in the Game and the game shows the green orb when the player is traveling over a certain speed during teleportation???

Survivability for those not at the jetpack stage yet: Enter a launcher at full health (this is important!) with the materials for a U-Jelly and a ton of power lines. Launch yourself _with hands off keyboard_ to ensure the trajectory is reproduceable. Land with _imminent destruction of Fiscit property_ (fall damage is capped at 97/100 HP). Build the U-Jelly at the exact spot you landed. Now start building power poles/lines all the way back to your base. Next time you launch, as long as you don't try to alter your midair trajectory (hands off keyboard once you enter!), the U-Jelly should perfectly catch your suborbital butt.
If you put two supports right next to each other, link them with tube, then delete the supports, the tube stays. You can then link the entrance to the tube, and that way you can go directly from entrance to entrance, no tubes between

And you answered all the questions I had regarding the tuuubes and then some! nice one doot ;) And just FYI, this circular tube thingys are essentially player-particle-accelerators. That mechanic is used e.g. in Cyclotrons. You insert da particle in the middle, its being accelerated in a circle trajectory, gets closer to the speed of light and therefore heavier which in turn gives it a wider trajectory. Regarding the problem of exiting those wrong: how about just placing another "catcher" tube at the exit and redirect it in the same direction of the other one? Great vid as always mate, so enjoyable seeing you breaking the game. Which reminds me of another channel famously breaking the $h!t out of games ;)
It would be kinda cool if they addd planes or something like that edit: I think let’s game it out made a hyper tube track that broke physics but not with booster mod so I wonder what would happen if you make his machine but with boaster mod on it
I started playing this game and i built my first hypertube canon. For some reason i got caught in a loop for 15 sec and i launched off the map. I saw similair things as he did at the end of this video, except i saw what looked like stars flying by me.
“With this near light speed drive, we can explore space at unfathomable speeds!” Oh neat! Wait. Who’s that guy over there? “Oh that’s just kibitz using 15 hyper tube entrances. We’re never going to reach that speed though”
I feel like combining your consistent entry platform with the hyper loop accelerator would be a good match. Also once you get that consistent targeting on a 4 corner accelerator and have 4 entrances, 4 different destinations for low the energy cost of 80MW (4 for the loop, 4 for your speed setting tubes)
Update I built these in my World and to get consistent entrance and distance I use a conveyor belt. one extra foundation, 4 meters of belt is all you need

So you're saying, if I bought 4 RTX 3090 cards, set them up with NVLink, and go into the faceripper 9000, it *might* render more than -1 frames?

They are from the Pak Utility Mod. Some other commands from the mod are: !unlockall !nopower and !nocost

i actually use the 10 cannon to boost with standard hypertube and a straight down on jelly to not die at the end, extremely reliable

while seeing the recs at 0.25 speed i noticed that you glich trough a green hyper-loop part, like the orb, you might glitch INSIDE the hyper loop, sadly its not that since its actually not the same texture BUT you glitch into the inside of hyper loop before watever the heel happen next

The exosuit does make us travel further since you travel faster with them intead of the normal blade runners. I'm really just trying to show off concepts in this vid and goof around a bit :)
Okay now there’s two things i want to see someone try and do-
1) Try to build a hypertube loop that won’t kick you out, and just see what happens.
And 2) Try to build a hypertube launcher that accelerates you to the literal speed of light (just under 3 million meters per second)
A graphic card cant process that much texture that fast without crashing.
thats a lot of processing speed and i think most if not all computers would crash no where near that result lol, just a guess
Kibitz, when building a loop launcher, have it near a wall, so when the game tries to launch you out the wrong side you bump off the wall and get back into the loop.

To fix the problem of it flinging you backwards on the loop maybe make an extra outer loop that is spaced out at the same distance as the launch portion so that it will still send you through the launcher
I built an accelerator loop that immediately dumps into a linear accelerator, now I can travel straight upwards in a hypertube without slowing down at all
Perhaps the devs have teleportation in the Game and the game shows the green orb when the player is traveling over a certain speed during teleportation???

Survivability for those not at the jetpack stage yet: Enter a launcher at full health (this is important!) with the materials for a U-Jelly and a ton of power lines. Launch yourself _with hands off keyboard_ to ensure the trajectory is reproduceable. Land with _imminent destruction of Fiscit property_ (fall damage is capped at 97/100 HP). Build the U-Jelly at the exact spot you landed. Now start building power poles/lines all the way back to your base. Next time you launch, as long as you don't try to alter your midair trajectory (hands off keyboard once you enter!), the U-Jelly should perfectly catch your suborbital butt.

If you put two supports right next to each other, link them with tube, then delete the supports, the tube stays. You can then link the entrance to the tube, and that way you can go directly from entrance to entrance, no tubes between
Might have changed since the video, so small correction: If you die outside the map, the deathchest will spawn where you last touched solid ground.

And just FYI, this circular tube thingys are essentially player-particle-accelerators. That mechanic is used e.g. in Cyclotrons. You insert da particle in the middle, its being accelerated in a circle trajectory, gets closer to the speed of light and therefore heavier which in turn gives it a wider trajectory. Regarding the problem of exiting those wrong: how about just placing another "catcher" tube at the exit and redirect it in the same direction of the other one?

I started playing this game and i built my first hypertube canon. For some reason i got caught in a loop for 15 sec and i launched off the map. I saw similair things as he did at the end of this video, except i saw what looked like stars flying by me.
“With this near light speed drive, we can explore space at unfathomable speeds!”
Oh neat! Wait. Who’s that guy over there?
“Oh that’s just kibitz using 15 hyper tube entrances. We’re never going to reach that speed though”
I feel like combining your consistent entry platform with the hyper loop accelerator would be a good match. Also once you get that consistent targeting on a 4 corner accelerator and have 4 entrances, 4 different destinations for low the energy cost of 80MW (4 for the loop, 4 for your speed setting tubes)
Update I built these in my World and to get consistent entrance and distance I use a conveyor belt. one extra foundation, 4 meters of belt is all you need
the design is very human
something I like to do is make a cannon that doesnt have a high angle launch point but i use a parachute to peacefully glide across the world
