Facts. It is kind of weird. But a lot of it is just Hocus pocus and can't actually be proven really. Like how we proved atoms exist etc.

Negotiation is about seeing what the other person willing to do in order to give what you want and what can be done in return if expected.
Manipulation is narcissistic. It is all about the end goal and what is wanted, by gaining control over the other.
Everything is a negotiation, but not everything is a manipulation.
