I've found out that if a woman is attracted to me, then she is very receptive, I.e. the answer is nearly always yes to my suggestions. I used to think up scenarios like what you described, sort of, but at the end of the day this stuff is actually really simple. You can just ask her something or 'suggest' (sometimes non-verbally) that she do something, and if she is into you, she'll say yes. If you have to convince a woman to have sex with you then she isn't that into you. It doesn't sound like you're trying to convince a woman to have sex with you, just checking it's ok with her. But you make it sound really dramatic, like out of a movie.
Here is a good but of advice: LIFE IS NOTHING LIKE THE MOVIES. If you ever feel like what you're thinking would fit in a movie scene DON'T DO IT! Movies are fantasy and mostly bear nothing in common with real life. Which is fine, because they are fantasy, that's what they are there for.
What you're describing might actually work, depending on the mood you set, but it could also easily come off as creepy and controlling.
You don't need to ask her "can I have sex with you?" that makes it sound like are you are asking your mum for some ice cream. Maybe a better way to ask (if you really feel you have to ask) is, "Do you want to have sex?" or "are you ready for sex?"
This takes the pressure off her doing something for you and focuses on what she wants and how she feels. Realise that she is dying to have sex with you too, it's not just something that she is doing for you.
Maybe that is why this comes across as creepy, you are trying to GET a certain outcome, not realising his much she wants that too. Sounds like you are thinking of her teasing you, but if you tease her she might be asking you for sex. Give her a hint of something she wants (like a kiss) and then take it away, leave her wanting more.
You are probably focusing too much on the 'spectacle' or show of dominance, with the while kneeling thing. And the whole getting pre-approval for everything that you might want to do during sex sounds so contrived it makes me want to vomit.

You aren't going to live out your wildest fantasies in the first date (well you might, but don't count on it). Good sex comes from an understanding, which is usually built up over time.

I am fairly young and just getting into things, but I was lucky enough to find a much more experienced partner who was patient (and self-aware) and taught me to do these things she liked and to have the confidence to make it work so to speak, and I believe I've had that moment of 'the massive erotic response' you mention. At the very least, things got very wet... The problem is, the moment I did, I felt truly disgusted. Not by the physical aspect of the response, mind you, haha. Every woman is different. And in my experience, most women won't tell you a thing about what they like, they somehow believe that you should be able to just know. In my opinion, the best partners are the ones who are just as willing to conduct the symphony as they are to be a part of it. That in my experience extremely rare, as is loyalty, commitment, and reciprocation these days.
Funny thing is, I haven't had a woman ask me what I like, what turns me on, or off, since the 1980s. Since then it seems that all woman care about is what you can do for them.
