@user-hf9bl5wd9t• Coming into my building, this wonderful smell hit me.Took me back to my childhood home, where my mom made fried liver and onions, in homemade gravy. A big pot of rice, and in a cast iron skillet, corn bread, also sweet potatoes, all from scratch. The memories flooded back of the food, and my mom, who passed in 2003. Then came the tears! "What a lovely, thoughtful comment."😊

Funny how the smell of food triggers so many things.... I never smell blueberries cooking and that smell put me right back in the kitchen with my grandmama.... cooking blueberries she picked and making blueberries and dumplin's! Precious memories of watching her cook without measuring anything... always perfect!!!

My Grandmother taught me how to cook .The most valuable thing she taught me was not to always go exactly by the recipe and she Doctored things up according to what she knew we would like .I sometimes think she invented Broccoli and Cheese sauce. lol
I later found out that she did things to vegetable to make them tastes better because she really didn't like vegetables.
Mostly we ended up loving everything she cooked .

@bonnieweeks7601 For the record, I happen to Adore this little Angel. It was not a suggestion to condemn or hurt. It's a suggestion to make it easier on her. Sure, it would keep the beans and BEANS, but the tiny AngelGirl is struggling. The more ingredients you have to mix together, the harder it becomes. that's just common sense. But as I have already said, it was just a suggestion, not a demand, a simple offering of advice to make life easier for her. But I do thank you, Miss Bonnie.

Green beans we would help her wash and clean snap Beans from garden really makes a difference. The homemade braided breads. Great recipes Justine..try a little cinnamon and add pumpkin pie spice to the sweet potatoes..it comes out very flavorful! You can melt the cream cheese a little in the microwave add the onion mix and stir in the bacon bits then pour over the green beans..it might be easier than starting with hard cream cheese and mixing! Your corn casserole cornbread looks delicious! Thanks for All Your Recipes ❤

Justine, I love your recipes but one thing I hope you could do is show the packaging if the products better. Sometimes you can't see the size of can or package. Also when pouring in liquid please let us know about how much that is and also amount of spices you Sprinkle in. I am not a very good cook so need complete directions of amounts. Thank you and keep the amazing recipes coming. Do you have recipe books with these recipes available to purchase? I would love to get one.

Justine. You fix it the way your family likes. My Mom never sauteed her onions for anything she made and neither do i. People need quick telling you how to cook. Let them cook the way they want to and you cook the way you want. To many chefs in the kitchen on here

Question about your corn bread: exactly how long is the cooking time? Minutes: 50 or 15? I had 3 other people listen and 2 heard 50 and the other 2 heard 15. I appreciate your videos and your enthusiasm.

To all you people telling her what to do. I’m sure she knows the health factors. She’s in it for easy, fast recipes, mostly one pan or dish. If you feel something should be changed bc you think it will be better, go ahead and change it for your liking. Stop telling her how to make things, it’s her show, not yours. Apparently you were never told if you can’t say something nice, say nothing

It's a comment section. A comment will help more than harm. UA-cam looks at EVERYTHING & will pull down real negativity before we can blink our eyes. No comment is what hurts. As long as they keep politics out, I believe, it's fine

I was cured of a liver tumor April this year from simply praying, walking, eating fresh fruits & veggies. If someone has another way to enjoy themselves, I'm not mad at them. Tumors hurt & cancer sucks for me. Enjoy life & take care 🙂

Channel owners can delete negative comments themselves and also ban the authors if they choose. It happened recently on a channel featuring children, believe it or not. The parent had to start approving every comment.
The fact that it doesn’t happen here IMO means the owner knows very well what some UA-camrs are like. 😊
