I can’t believe how wonderful all of these recipes look from breakfast to dinner. How can you all stay so slim? I want to try all of them all at once. I don’t think my cat would like those so I guess I can’t make but one at a time LOL. You can’t imagine how happy I am that I found your site. Thank you again.

Cutting the potatoes and brussel sprouts in half would not only speed up the cooking process but would also ensure that the seasonings will get to more parts of the veggies!

Not the rind honey😮 start at the other end of the cheese. Save the rind in the freezer for soup ,spaghetti sauce.

We had a friend from Denmark visit us and I was working at a Italian restaurant. I asked him what kind of pizza he would like, and he said "shrimp and pineapple". I had to have one of my staff go out and get the ingredients and we made the thing from scratch . . . and even though it sounded kinda weird it was really, really good! 😊

all looks good , however when it comes to parm cheese , u cut off the rind at the long end first, throw in baggie n throw in freezer, next time u make speg sauce throw the rind in for flavor , but the rind is usually tough so its best for sauce n not as garnish so much

Add a few sprigs dill to salmon, skip lemon slices, use fresh lemon juice and zest, forget sprinkle parm, parm doesn't go with everything just cuz it says cheese. Try Mexican cheese in tub but only as a finish. Potatoes should be sliced chip thin to avoid overlooking salmon. So much to learn, I am old as dirt, but commend u for ur spirit of sharing & 4 ur apparent love of food. Keep on cooking, u rock the kitchen!

HeyJ!🫶🏽 I have a hand grater just like yours and I reached a place where I wanted to use other methods to achieve the same result, but BETTER.
The handheld graters can wear the arm down, making it tired! It's STILL GOOD though! Use this method for FINISHING TOUCHES, Garnishing, when you want to top off your prepared plate.👍🏼❣️
I can tell with the handheld one you're using that it's not going to give you the amount of cheese that you're wanting to cover your entire sheet pan meal.
You want to achieve what you want with as little stress as possible! You need a stand-up grater. Then you can drag the block of cheese down the grates to achieve a much bigger shred and it will prevent less strain to your arm.
•Also instead of dragging the block of cheese over the grater, let the grater do the work for you!
Drag the grater over the cheese upside down and it will scatter over your food easier.
☆Hard cheese can also cause strain!
📝NOTE: USING WHAT YOU HAVE TRY THIS! Get a plate or use parchment paper cut down to size of your hand-held grater.
Turn the grater away from you, turning the top upside down leaning at an angle away from you ontop of the plate or parchment paper. To hold it steady use your other hand with very little strain hopefully. The Bigger Grates Create Large Shreds. The Smaller The Opposite. Test them to see yourself.
This method will act similar to a regular stand-up grater then you can scatter the cheese over your sheet pan meal more generously.

I live in Alaska. The reason your salmon taste like chicken is because it’s way overcooked. The biggest mistake people make is overcooking seafood . That includes crab lobster scallops shellfish and any fish. It seems mid westerners are the worst offenders. The salmon you cooked should have cooked within 15 minutes and tasted like sweet seasoned fish that melted in your mouth . I’ve converted many fish haters just by cooking it properly.

I eould put the salmon in a foil pouch to cook so the salmon flavor doesn't infiltrate the veggies. Also for those that cook for vegetatisns sd well as carnivors or pescatarians, you can still cook on one sheet pan if you create pouch for the meats.
