Broooo I’m a single dude who just separated from ex I bought a ruckus and want to swap so I can get a m license and just be able to do 60 I love it other than that.
Zoomer and ruckus are same or not.?
I noticed that the throttle locking nuts are both together. They are supposed to be one on each side of the plate where the throttle cable goes to the carburetor and that secures the throttle cable so it doesn’t move. You should fix that so it’s secure the way it should be.
Not sure why you did a gy6 swap if you not going to go over 43mph. Seems like a waste of money. Good looking bike tho
Too bad it’s a four stroke don’t get me wrong I have a four stroke but if that was a 150 cc two stroke oh my goodness.
Where did you purchase your jets? I'll be running the same carb and am interested in up-jetting.
Do you feel like a 4” backspace on the rear wheel may have centered it out? Would it have clearance?

I have a Yamaha c3 xf50 fuel injected directly liquid cool is it possible to convert your fuel injection with a regular carburetor

Super easy if you buy the Rolling Wrench kit! Comes with everything you should need!

I love the sound on your bike...my 150cc scooter sounds like a generator...getting bursts of air in like a popping mini explosion when going uphill sometimes on a straight road then it doesn't pull for a second and also m getting weird turning vibrations, i don't know where they are coming from but i feel it under my seat...anyway i want to get started on the conversion ...yours looks cool.

Dude....that tire is barely on that bead.id give it a couple more pounds or take it off and bounce it on the ground a little bit
Newbie here, is it wise to buy a 2nd hand like a 2019 or a brand new one to start a project like this?
That throttle cable needs to be looked at. It isn't bolted down at the carb.

Did you remove the baffle from the yoshi exhaust? Sounds good.
Thanks! So mine just came with a spark arrestor that I took out. It’s very loud regardless and can get annoying on long rides. I’ve since added the Yoshimura low volume insert. It’s quieter but it does not have a deep sound anymore. I’ll probably just take it out soon.
What's your top speed for the stock gy6?
My xpro150 cc gy6 which is the best so far runs around 70 but I weigh 180
And my scooter is 300lbs heavier than my stock rukus

It’s an Aero Race Wheel 32 series in 4x4 lug pattern. I got mine on Amazon.

@@trentdavis431 for one the bead is never gonna seat properly, tire beads are a specific shape to seat and seal properly, you lose any kind of sidewall support, the tire simply not designed for it.. you will have a smaller contact patch, aside from having rim protruding out from the tire itself is dangerous especially on a vehicle meant to lean... now I understand it's a grom, but still wouldn't want to lose a tire at 50 mph because the side wall slid off whatever it's sealing against, tires are not just a Ballon to carry air pressure..
It makes no sense doing any of this... You are swapping out a quality engine for a POS. If you want sh*t, just buy a 150cc icebear and mod it. You'll spend not even half the money. Sure, the Honda frame is better, but I would never put a Chinese engine in a Japanese bike. Shoulda went with a Yamaha engine. Modifications would be worth it and the outcome would be a much higher quality, longer lasting build
