    That color is absolutely perfect.

I am a smaller woman with kids and I bought this truck! I LOVE it!!! I do live in a more rural area, but do drive it to pittsburgh for the airport, zoo, and children's hospital. I do not park it in a garage at home, but do park in tight underground garage in the city. I have to say after driving a Ram 2500 for last few years this truck turns so much better. As with all 2500 size trucks I usually try to take 2 parking spaces because of the length and if people park tight on both sides it is impossible to get out. The cameras are amazing, you can see the curb to see distance. Once you get used to driving them they are amazing! I do haul trailers for my husband's construction jobs and do use it for some work, but I do like to keep it clean because it is beautiful!!!

Love this video!! I see a lot of women of your stature driving extra large vehicles with confidence!! You took on each challenge brilliantly. I really enjoyed watching this, that truck is absolutely gorgeous, I just couldn’t afford it, but you hit a grand slam confidently handling that truck!!!! Keep ‘em coming!!!

I've had this truck a while now love it no dramas. It ain't nearly as bad to drive as she's making it look how to pull a trailer with it most all the time and it works pretty nice

@jillciminillo I personally love the HD pickups still have column shifter unlike the trend in Fullsize pickups to do console. Console shifter are horrible waste of space where you could have useable space for storage, drinks, etc. and don't have to life your drink over a chunky console shifter (needless fat/chunky console shifter trend makes this worse than if they used a sleek consoler shifter). You do get use to shifting a column shifter very quickly. And, one tip is you don't need to continually pull the shifter towards you as you shift, as that could contribute to overshooting your shift. For example and for your experimentation, shift the column shifter into reverse. then, without pulling the shifter towards you, simply push the shifter down. The shift goes through neutral and into Drive, and will not overshoot it. Been a design of column shifter for as long as I can remember and works very slick. Works similar when shifting from Park to Drive. The trick is letting off pressure (pulling towards you) a bit sooner so the shift more naturally locks into Drive.

I love the column shifter,, I wish my 2023 Colorado Trail Boss had a column shifter!

  • @Danzilly

That's a beautiful truck. Hope Jill does more off-road stuff.

  • @Alexander-fr1kk

I disagree about the column shifter… I have driven these trucks for a while and it’s really second nature. And, with your mirror comment I really don’t think you’re a truck person or have done much towing. The big3 brands all have good tow mirrors.

  • @chrismarbrey9678

I think a lot of houses wouldn't have a garage that would fit in.

  • @blutomindpretzel263

The column shifter is great. There is no reason you have to fight with it to get into gear. When you pull it out of park and start to bring it down, you let it go back in and while keeping pushing it down, it will stop in drive.

You know I watched this video several times (thank you for that) in preparation for my 2024 Sierra 2500HD AT4X AEV Edition which I subsequently purchased. Although I'm still new to this giant even longer vehicle (253"). I'm getting used to it, driving, parking precisely in my garage alongside my Benz. I put tape on the garage floor to help guide and help park in exactly the same spot in the garage every time.

Im a Western Canadian who used to visit my Opa on 2300 block West School street. Those garages and back alleys made me feel nostalgic. Great to see the old neighborhood(close). Even ran Chicago as my 1st and only marathon. Big truck for an old city. Love the 2500.

  • @mjc4092

I'm officially embarrassed to say as a 50 year old man who drives for a living, I will drive 2 miles in search of a parking spot that I will not have to parallel park . Great job Jill! Not embarrassed to say you put my parking skills to shame.

  • @kabloosh699

Yeah... This is why I find a midsize truck is the most utilitarian truck for a person to own. These HD trucks are really good for those who want to tow heavy things and are really more for those operating a business than a single family. Even full size trucks feel too big for normal living yet they are the most popular vehicles to go with.

  • @jonathonsantamont8527

Tons of people will pay up for this ride. I don’t see it as a work beater, but owners will use it as a truck and tow. It’s def gorgeous inside and out. Prices aren’t coming down anytime soon with the new labor deal and materials costs….

  • @KC-632H

    Awesome job Jill👍👍

  • @alexandermckay8594

Yeah, that's not a truck for Jill. That said, she did really, really well with it. It's a pretty colour, too. TBH, there's no reason for it to be as big as it is, especially height wise.

  • @seagullsbtn

First time full size pickup owner here. I celebrated first attempt at parallel parking on city streets. Jill is an awesome driver.

Maneuvering that around in a townhouse environ is similar to towing a 40 foot fifth wheel camper down a 4 lane interstate all day with a Prius. Swap the two vehicles , and it makes sense. Yes, I’d love to have that truck as our family camping trip truck ( I already drive a 3500hd High Country as my daily). I wish my High Country was as nice looking inside, but do I HAVE to have it, probably not). Until I pulled our camper 8 hours thru mountains, I under-appreciated how much more relaxed I was towing with these beasts. Now I have a better tolerance for dealing with the everyday drawbacks of the beast. Fortunately my truck barely fits in our garage, and the door will still close.
