- I saw this huge driveway and walkway that could use a good cleaning. I offered to do it for free for the homeowners and they were shocked with my request. They told me that they have a pressure washer but it crapped out some time ago so they haven't been able to use it. Luckily, they told me I could do the work and I got it looking better than it ever has!

Great job and I'm not complaining at all but one tidbit of advice that may make your job acquiring driveways to do a tad easier. You approach the homeowner saying you have been looking for the dirtiest driveways to clean up and you seen theirs and was wondering if they would like you to do it for free. It almost sounds like your telling the customer you have been looking for the "worst" driveway in the neighbourhood and it belong to them, a little insulting. If you approached them saying you have been looking for driveways in the neighbourhood to give a "makeover" to and you seen theirs and think you could make their driveway "pop", they me be much happier and more agreeable.
I have thought that too! Telling them their driveway is the dirtiest is not very flattering, is it? Telling them you're looking for a makeover opportunity sounds way better!
He must show his video to know what he does …makeover is like exaggerating in some minds 😅😅

Yes a well maintained home. I feel like the homeowner was a little embarrassed. Maybe he should just hire spencer for this big job and use his undoubtedly smaller pressure washer to maintain his boat, vehicles and other spot jobs.

Any chance of a possible collab between SB mowing and SB pressure washing in the future? Most of the homes in the PW videos have well-manicured lawns, but the same can't be said for the walks/paths/driveways in the mowing vids. If there are ones already, I might have just overlooked them, in which case that's my bad.

My concrete gets that bad after 6 months. I pressure wash it twice a year. I should probably buy a surface cleaner to cut the time I spend on it down though.
Looks like 20 years of crap to me.
He might have been using a bad pressure washer too. I've seen some that seem to only clean surface dirt and debris and don't get that nice deep clean.
@@kijima-gaijin go to Lowe's or Home Depot or Sherwin Williams...they have the sealer to put on after cleaning...works wonders to keep the black driveway away

That concrete is deteriorating. Salt, maybe? Or the crapped-out pressure washer in unskilled hands? Anyway, if that were mine, I'd be thinking about sealing it. Since you've already done the hard part, sealing would be easy. And, it would be a nice profit-builder for you.
