- I knocked on this door to offer to wash this owner's driveway for free. He said he's seen people do that all over youtube and that they do a fantastic job. What he didn't realize was that it was me he was watching and was stunned with the transformation!

He said "Squared away" so I am going to guess there is a 99% likelihood the guy is a military veteran.
Great job Spencer 🙌🏻 To the homeowner: carefully remove the turf over a 3ft x 3ft (minimum) area next to the low point on the path curve. Dig down 3ft & replace the bottom 1ft of soil with gravel that will help water drain off your path & spread out under your lawn. Replace the soil, tamping it down to the right level, put back the turf & give it a good water to help it recover. The bigger the soak away is, the more water it can handle, & more quickly. Say goodbye to puddles on your path 😉

This looks like one of the more labor intensive projects you've taken on Spencer what with all the edging and getting the weeds out of the cracks . Two driveways actually . Superb results as always.

Both the mowing and the pressure washing are the best white noise. They usually soothe me to sleep, but my dog is loving this and sleeping in my lap as close to the phone as he can get.
Their home is beautiful but when you clean their walkways and drive way it makes even more stunning. Great job Spencer.
