I think sandal or peep toe booties that have a shorter/chunky heel would go great with these outfits if you still want to stay on the more dressy side without having to wear flats :) if you google search sandal booties, there are TONS of cute ones out there that are not too high at all. I know Vince Camuto makes a lot of cute ones with that small wooden block heel. A shorter wedge as opposed to a heel would even look nice too.
The "tie-neck blouse" is similar to or is known as a Pussy Bow top....LOOOOOVE them. They are so elegant! Love your vid. I have several of them that I often wear to work and they never fail to impress.
