You Tube keeps steering me to other real estate channels. I've checked many of them out, but this channel is the best I've seen so far, hands down. Gets to the point right away, showcases the entire property, indoors, outdoors and surrounding area. Full of relevant information, no annoying background music or focusing on and highlighting drone photography. There isn't someone standing in front of the camera going on and on about the realtor's thoughts, opinions and personal stories or showcasing the realtor's face. It's all about the property here. Great job!
I love that for a big house, it’s not done goudy or tasteless. It seems like a manageable/liveable house as opposed something staff would need to live in to maintain the day to day.
Can you hear the rain on the metal roofs? I love to listen to the rain like that. So relaxing. The master suite with the extra room with 2 beds? Thos are for Grand kids! That way they can talk with grand pa (and grand ma) tell stories, giggle and talk smack about their parents. Very important!. Or just take the beds out for exercise equipment. What did it go for? Stunning...
Turns out that what they had the extra room for, thought it was the talk of the day on the tour for everyone! As for the roof, you would not hear it on that house, but older homes with no ceiling, yes.
It looks like several of the guest bedrooms are set up just like hotel rooms with two beds in each room. Boy I could have a great week with friends there! THANKS MIKE!
Hi Mike, please consider slowing down when filming (especially when panning left/right) so more viewers can appreciate your videos without getting dizzy.
I dont have the $$$ but I say to anyone that does that these Hawaiian properties are a super smart real estate investment to those with a few marbles to trade. ( Hawaii is the only US state not destroyed by forever chemicals and the location appeals to to buyers all over the Pacific region). Someday just getting a glass of clean safe water will make these properties worth the pricing.
That lap pool is barely 10 meter long but the house is amazing. That spare room with two beds would be for my two wife’s once we done so I can have proper sleep 😁
Ambitious of you to want to disappoint 2 women instead of just 1....lol j/k But seriously, Dude why give yourself double the headache you would never get any peace.
See my comment. It is for sleep over with grand kids, so you can have long important discussions and they can talk smack about their parents to grandpa.
Beautiful home, the landscaping is spectacular! However, hated the kitchen counter tops and back splash...too busy and distracts from the amazing cabinets and wood!
What would be the stay per night in one of those rooms on average? If its above 1000 usd per night and on avg 50% is occupied throughout the year then it could be a great investment. Can you please share some numbers with respect to expected income from this property. Thanks
Aloha Kenny! This one did end up selling for just under $6M. I have another one in mind if you like an amazing home on 5 acres- even less money. Email me if you are intertested!
Born raised Kona - moved to Washington cause I can afford 1.5 acres with a 2200 thousand sq ft house 3 car garage- wild like Blacktail deer Elk Black bears Bobcats and coyotes all for 330k back in 2004 guess how much now 🤣
Washingtin State, my home state, is now very expensive. Additionally crime rate etc is out control now in Washington. Maybe not where u live. But in cities in Washington it is HORRID NOW. I just moved from Washington to South Carolina. Very glad I moved. However Hawaii is awesome.
super luxury properties like this usually go for less than their asking price. I know New York City penthouses will go on the market for 22 million dollars that end up being sold for 18.
@@HawaiiRealEstate Yes definitely the kitchen but the whole house seems to be in a previous decade. Glass blocks, counter tops, lighting, floors, and shower tile all need replaced. Also the wood trim, even though it looks to be high quality and a pretty wood, darkens the interior and adds to a 90's vibe. Over all the house comes across as bland and boring. Oh, the outside is perfect....That view alone is worth a few million!
@@tkchillin2065 I agree it looks a bit dated, but it'd be sad to rip out aaaaall that koa. Maybe changing everything except for the wood would be enough. The view is amazing and the yard is cool, if a lot of mowing. Needs some rock walls to hide that propane tank.
If I owned this property I would make a fortune renting it out to movie productions. Wouldn't live there because it's the USA, I would never live in that country.
you really broke the third wall when you pointed yourself out in the mirror. I dont want to see another dude while im Jamming out to this house you made eye contact and everything.
Yeah, what's up with that? I've noticed a lot of new homes with more bathrooms than bedrooms these days. Is there a national diarrhea epidemic going on that I'm not aware of? 🤣 If anything, depending on where you live I'd start adding more garage stalls, maybe one for each bedroom and yeah if you want you can put another half bath in each of those 🤣
That's not how real estate works. You'd still have to have the money to buy it at auction. Also, name me one celebrity who has had their house seized, aside from tax fraud and not having the cash to pay the fine?
@@HawaiiRealEstate Paying a fine?.. the fines price is forfeiture of EVERYTHING And it is off to gitmo you go, tray tore... How is it you didn't understand?

Hi Mike. Can you tell me if this property has been sold? Thank you ahead of time for your help.

Mike I have watched this particular video many times. This property always has my imagination going on what I could do with this house. Thanks again.
Glas door to the shower 😮😱lot of coners
Hi MIke - I had to come back and find this house. Outstanding! Do you know what it sold for at auction? Very curious. Thanks!
Sold for $5,824,000
Love this house, wish the location was Maui, but then I'm assuming it would be a LOT more.
You're right about that!!!
Beautiful!
Thank you!

Awesome home!
😻 I think I'm in love ❤❤
Is this property at risk of being damaged by a volcano ?
It's in Lava Zone 4. Lava coverage is, about 5 percent since 1800, and less than 15 percent within the past 750 years.
Beautiful ❤️
Thank you! Cheers!
Unbelievable home. The way the market in I can't imagine the price being much lower than the 7.75 M. Although I would bid 6.8 M. Great Channel

I think they used it as a corporate retreat, and not as much as lodging. $1000/night would be extremely high though.
It's a dream come true ty 4sharing it just lovely !
Glad you enjoyed it
Very tastefully designed and built. How much did it end up getting at auction?
I believe 5.85M
Hello Mike, on which homepage can I look at this object? With best regards Herbert

This is defiantly the kind of place I'm going to get when I move out of my parents basement
You mean go upstairs as your parents move to this house. /just kidding!!
Please use a GoPro and don’t make sudden movements for your camera work. Smooth transitions should be done which aren’t happening in this video
I've been working on that since this vid was published-
Interested after 2 years to buy back

What an awesome house....im still shocked with the greatness in it...im failing to name the price
It was a great listing!
is already sold?
currently in escrow but I have another one that is even better to show-
all these Kona mansions have the same Koa wood grain look. When will modern architecture catch on?
I'll have a modern one dropping tomorrow- click the bell for notifications!
I wish I had that kind of money... I can only dream about it 😂

Lovely
I'm glad you liked it!
25meter lap pool? or 20m lap pool? r u sure its 20 or 25 meters?
We could go measure it to be sure
75-877 Keaolani Dr, Kailua Kona, HI 96740...Was this the property that ended up selling for about $2 million lower than the listing price $5,824,000?
Yes!
It should be converted into a boutique hotel!
if only zoning laws would allow!
I noticed that the luxury estate in Kona is much cheaper than Ohau!!
100% correct!
Can I get an address for this property please? Thank you
Send me a dm-
Gorgeous. No reserve? So it could sell for less than 7.75?
Absolutely. I expect that it will sell for less than the list price- perhaps even below $7M. Interested?

On what island is this?
This is on the Kona Coast of the Big Island. Located in the Kona Coffee District. ☕

Luckily there are no snakes in Hawaii! I think it was Ti, which is sometimes placed at door as a blessing.
