You filmed my husband and act like you are really interested in the overweight problem but you never asked anyone any questions about why they are that way. My husband has serious back and shoulder injury and had had serious mental health issues and the medication has caused lots of problems and to see himself in your video shamed when you didn't bother to ask him questions was annoying. Gyms are expensive and we have lots of crime here and high problems with mental health but not enough services and it takes too long to get into them. Yes we have too many fast food options and not enough cheap, quick, healthy options when you aren't in the mental state to prepare food. Kevin Anderson is a fool and doesn't care how fat we are.

There's a trick to it. Monitor your vital signs daily. Then - one at a time - get rid of those people from your life who are continually winding you up or causing some kind of stress. You'll probably have to delete 80% of your friends list - but when you are free of it, you will feel it. You just no longer want all of that sugary food or alcohol. I've done a video on my channel if you want to learn more. How I made my alcoholism vanish. I've repeated the process recently - and now no longer eat sugary food.
No use asking the girl serving the breakfast how many calories, it's obvious she has no idea of calorie counting. That pancake stack would be at least triple the calories of a healthy serve
I feel like the breakfast order could’ve had extras and that milkshake was probably the most calorie rich on the menu Also it couldn’t have been 3 days worth of food if you estimated one day to be 2500 calories and over estimated the meal to be 3000

I suppose many people have commented on this but you dont gain weight as fast. The body isnt 100 % efficient so if you were to eat 10 000 cals in one day, one would estimate you would only gain 1 kilogram of fat. Youd gain much less though, most of that would be water weight plus as I said, the body isnt 100 % efficient, it cant metabolise everything super efficiently. The other thing is, when you eat a lot, your body has to digest all the food so it burns calories to burn the food but it also burns more calories than usual. You would gain a little weight but not too much. I used to have one day every week when id eat 6 000 to 8 000 cals at once. I did exercise but I never gained anything. By the end of the week I was back to my original weight or less because the body weight fluctuates heavily. My fellow bulkers may agree with me on how hard it actually is in the beginnings to gain weight.

I'm 39 and if a kid or teen knew their height in feet and inches in my day they would have been perceived as some kind of weirdo. Are we going backward? What are calories, feet and inches? Kilojoules and say your height either as 180cm or 1.8 metres. This is Australia.
You should be ashamed of the way this has been put together, this is a tight knit community and there are people on here that you’ve filmed without seeking their permission. How do you think these people feel when they hear from friends or family that they were featured on a video about obesity? Incredibly thoughtless and hurtful, you should consider the impact your content has on people’s emotional well-being
