Fixed: AirTag Not Showing Up in Find My App!

Some People have complained their AirTag is not showing up in the ‘Find My’ app. In this video tutorial, we will show you some easy and effective ways to fix AirTags not showing up in Find My app on iPhone.
Though we have used an iPhone 12 Mini for this video, this will also work on iPhone 12, 12 Pro Max, 11 Pro Max, or an iPhone running on the latest iOS.

Tried everything on the video and still not showing up on my items list. I have the latest ios 15.6 on iphone 13. I do get notifications that I left my AirTag at home. Ani idea bought a four pack twice still the same thing. Genius Bar suggest I reformat my iPhone as new and reinstall everything. Any suggestions before I install as new phone?

It happened to me too. Tried everything the video said but it didn’t work. But then I realize that I hadn’t agreed to the new user agreements for the ICloud settings. Once I agreed the old AirTags were visible. It worked for me.

I think this is actually what fixed it for me, as “precise location” was already selected in my settings as shown in the video.

I have a new airtag I have it synced and loaded it shows up in my items however I have a play button directions and notification under that air TAG. I do not have where it says to find the air tag (it say directions instead) like specifically where is that are tagged in my house. It just gives me the directions and of course it's here in my house so it says it's found but that doesn't help me if I lose the air tag somewhere in my house. Do you know how to correct this? I'm doing this on my iPad and it is a brand new iPad within the last year and it's all updated

Good video, however Air Tags will only display on iPhone Find My App, it will not display on iMac/MBP because it's tethered to bluetooth on iPhones which replay the info/status to iCloud. Apple needs an update that share the status/info with the Find My App on desktops/web. I was about to cuss out Apple for new tags not working, but they're listed under items not devices why in the hell.

Is an airtag only visible in find my on the iPhone? Because when I log in on my icloud on the desktop it is not showing up... Also my Magsafe wallet is not showing up in the Icloud on my desktop, but it is on the Iphone..

Apple should make a notification pop-up to ask for the user's tracking allowance when people are using AirTag. Otherwise, it's useless
