    This stuff works. I have high cholesterol sometimes though and just need to watch it if this raises ldl

    Oh hail ya this isnt just an aerobic thing. If i had this in high-school weightlifting i definitely would bench a good amount more

    What would u recommend for Moto’s or dirt bike racing @ a high level each event is 30 mins 2 x’s per day with heat and humidity?

    What about for fat loss or mental clarity. Not so much performance. Im not trying to compete with anyone physically.

    You can just take mct oil despite eating carbs to make endogenous ketones. But this is definitely a quicker and more instant way to achieve blood ketones.

      Definitely prefer mct oil, just way easier to place in on anything your eating or drinking. Idk if I would even want to try this with it being dubbed as a crappy taste
