Toro Lawnmower Blade Sharpening

Getting lawnmower ready for the 2013 season. Give the blade a quick sharpen, oil is fine, spark plug is fine. Going to mow the grass really short, about 35mm on the lawnmower setting on the first mow of the season and gradually work up to the summer height of about 75mm on the mower setting.

I also use a Dremel tool to sharpen my Snapper's lawn mower blade! My Dremel is battery pack operated, so I just flip over the Snapper on it's side, and grind away! Don't even have to take the blade off! Takes me about 5 minutes, but you have to have a steady hand.

Bought the mower in 2008, still original blade. I sharpen once to twice a year. Only mow my own yard and it's pretty clean, so I don't hit very much except the grass.
