You guys are high so let me break it down... The songs called 911 in the video you see her in a dream.the man who bangs his head repeatedly was in the car. The nurses was the guy who kept trying to bring her to life that's why when you see her flying he brings her back down. It symbolises bringing her back and he tries to kiss here (give her mouth to mouth but she runs away) they woman nurse he was the pope had the red cross on her uniform and had the flashlight tryna check here eyes that's why you see the pope always flashing the light.
Nicole, Jucee & Rex its about anxiety...the song is about how she’s her biggest enemy because of her anxiety it stops her from doing daily life things correctly...popping a 911 refers to the pills she takes for anxiety....she caused the accident because she was having a anxiety attack when riding the bike because she didn’t take her pills....that’s when when she woke up she asked did anybody die and said she didn’t take her pills...she had a anxiety attack and if you watch her videos about chromatica she says that chromatica is a world where she interprets things to make it make sense for her...so basically in the video she went to chromatica.....
When you die, your brain gets flooded with all types of chemicals which leads to hallucinations as a way to cope. In this video, she didn’t take her antipsychotic medicine so she attempts suicide by riding her bike into traffic. The music video part of the film is what goes on in her mind as she’s dying. Every element from the accident shows up in her hallucinations: the red bracelet on her ankle/her bloody ankle, the guy hitting his head on the pillow represents the guy in the car whose head hit the airbag and it keeps replaying in her mind which is why he keeps banging his head on the pillow. When she’s rising, it’s when she actually flatlined and was on her way to heaven but the medics brought her back down to earth. The mirror light in her face is the flashlight the nurse flashed to see if she had brain damage. There’s more symbolism than that and there’s multiple threads on twitter that break it down if you’re curious! It’s a very deep film, doesn’t really make sense until the end where it all comes together. If you rewatch it you’ll definitely pick up the symbolism 🙂

There is some posts on twitter somewhere that explain all the visual links better than I could, but it just shows how Gaga's brain processed the situation while in a state of near death after the accident. My theory is that she hadn't taken her pills or her "911" as she refers to them in the song. Had been going through a psychotic episode and had a suicidal decision to ride her bicycle directly in front of a car. When she is brought back, she seems to be apologising and asks "did anybody die?" And "I didn't take my pills" it seems to be a mixture of fear and guilt that she has caused the accident, she then has the epiphany after this experience that she doesn't really want to die like she previously wanted to ( "I don't wanna die".) As for the style of the video, it seems to be more inspired by a lot of foreign abstract cinema from the 70s and stuff, but I won't bore you with all that too, I'm sure someone will mention somewhere 😊 Hope this helped a little more with linking the meaning of the song to the video x

Because she didn't take her pills, the voices in her head told her to throw herself onto the cars to die, thus causing the accident (she was the one riding the bike, which is why the bike is in the white sand scene). Everything around her influenced the "limbo" she entered after the accident, until she's finally resuscitated. What gives it away is the painting on the wall that flashes by real quick close to the end of the video. It's definitely a video you have to watch several times before understanding it lol.

I think what she’s trying to say is sometimes in life, reality can be so traumatic that it feels better to escape away into fantasy.
