There's a lot of interesting details here, I'm surprised you catched lots of them but let me explain some more.
- The man with the black horse symbolises death, she follows him meaning she almost died.
- The paramedics came with a helicopter, that's why they drop down with an "umbrella".
- The police officers are the ones wearing blue clothing + masks (they also have IX-I-I on them, 911).
- The female paramedic using a mirror to reflect light on Gaga's was actually the flashlight.
- When she's floating in that green dress you can see the flower is "alive", but then another shot comes and the flower is dead, she gets dropped to the floor and for a split second you can see the real Gaga, 'cause she was brought back to life.
- The rich guy riding a ferrari gets all the attention, they have two people for him and even has oxygen on, yet the black woman and the guy dying on the road have no one to help.
- Gaga is wearing red headpieces 'cause her head was bleeding.
I know there's more but I could go on for hours.
This song is actually about her taking anti-psychotic meds as an emergency (911) when she is having an episode from mental illness.
She’s talked about her mental illnesses a lot and this entire video is basically a metaphorical dream about the accident that happened at the end caused by Gaga bc she swerved into traffic on purpose after not having her medication.
The 911 part is about the pill. It’s her emergency medication bc she has these episodes she’s said herself where she completely freezes and tenses up, wants to scream, and People who take the meds have agreed the video is a very realistic representation of visuals they see in dreams from it.
The entire album, chromatica, is full of songs about super deep trauma like PTSD, her sexual assault, alcohol addiction, self esteem issues, mental illness, and even lightly touches on a lot of darker stuff as well. She said it’s her album to “dance through the pain”,
This was also based on a movie a while back that was known for being VERY ill of symbolism and is known today as one of the prime examples of a movie using symbolism to perfection.
I also noticed that she had an ankle bracelet on as if she might have been arrested for DUI and when she says she didn't take any pain pills that's exactly what an addict woukd say. Since she went into film her work has become much much better in terms of semiotic encoding I think, and this is my fave one from her. It's creatively richer in the narrative sense.
The moment when she’s draped in green and floating in the sky, this represents her soul leaving her body.
I’m not sure if you noticed but that’s when the bearded guy (medic) pulls her back to the ground with the rope and for a split second an image of her in present day appears of her gasping for air. This represents the first attempt with the defibrillator. You can even see the woman medic flashing her eyes with a mirror which reads as the present day flashlight.
The painting in her dream/hallucination is a recollection of what happened. She tried to commit suicide by riding her bike into traffic, “pop a 911, pop another one” refers to the actual anti-psychotics she takes for her PTSD. UA-cams computer generated subtitles mistranslates “I didn’t have my pills” to “I didn’t have pain pills”
As for LG, life’s good. This appears after she expresses she doesn’t want to die, it’s also her initials although I’m not sure if that was intentional lmao. Idk if it was an actual sponsor but if so then it was a very clever way to tie it in.
Her getting pulled down in the video by the rope was her ascending to heaven and getting pulled back down after she was revived by the defibrillator. That's what that symbolizes

The advertisement is something she learned from Michael Jackson and Madonna they had companies pay for their super expensive videos. Because they wouldn't be able to afford the technology any other way. For example Michael Jackson's Black or White video is a first-time morphing was ever used Called being Smart 🤓
