Just purchased a JD2038 for my property of 10acres, with loader bucket, box blade for moving dirt, gravel, and for grading driveway and 1/3 mile dirt road to mail box. forks, for moving misc. materials on
mostly pallets, and flail mower
for weed and brush abatement I’m very happy with this compact tractor, it’s a true little mighty might.

I liked the ground clearance and lift capacity better on the 2032R. I got the 1025R with a backhoe for the same price an has rear hydraulics. Tractors with under 25 hp don't have DEP and I can burn my own Bi -diesel. I whish I had one when I was 25 but this will help on the homestead in my old age.

I'm.mike I've got one love it except last year there is a cencer on the mower deck if goes like mine it was $2300 lucky it was on warranty. But other than that it's great

the equivalent tractor as a Kubota is 4-5 grand cheaper (MSRP) and has a whopping... 1 more horsepower. It's also a Kubota, made by Kubota, with a Kubota engine, instead of a John Deere, using Yanmar parts. Without licensing other companies equipment, JD would be NOTHING.
