I love The King Of Prussia Mall! I went there yesterday with 3 of my little brothers, the 22-year-old, the 19-year-old, and the 14-year-old. I bought myself a purple rubber ducky and a Squishables cotton candy baby unicorn. Jeremiah, the 14-year-old, bought a superhero T-Shirt. We all bought pretzels, lemonade, ice-cream, and milkshakes. I paid for everything since I was the one with money.
Great piece! I just wanted to chime in with a couple corrections: - the Court and Plaza were actually connected recently, with the connector opening in 2016 (prior to that there was an outdoor walkway through the parking lot, which still exists, but doesn't count toward the square footage of the mall) - there were at one time 4 food courts in the mall, but it looks like you were there recently and there are currently really only 2 - I don't believe there was a fountain in the atrium area where you mentioned it (at least not in the last ~25 years) - the elevator has always been the centerpiece of that area. You may be thinking of one of the central corridors (near Lush and Foot Locker currently), where they did remove a fountain a couple years ago - Cirque Du Soleil has performed in nearby Oaks, PA in the past - the circus you saw in 2022 was either Circus Vazquez or Cirque Italia PS: You briefly flashed a historic photo of the mall that included my mom and uncle as children :)
I actually lived on the grounds in an old wooden house which rented rooms for 20 bucks a week in 80 and 81 and have a lot of great memories. I don't even recognize it today
I haven't been to that mall in over 12 years, but I remember feeling overwhelmed because it was so huge. You need an entire day or two to explore the whole place! That being said, I thought Mall of American in MN was the largest mall in the USA?
Ooh, you're doing Philadelphia right now. Nice. Lots of interesting malls both dead and alive to cover.

Always an excellent job! Thanks for your hard work.
It will be crazy if KOP closes one day.
I worked there in the early eighties! It was smaller back then!
Mall culture alive and well with that kids mullet at 2:06 I grew up going to KOP.
I've been to this mall quite a few times. The new arabian oud store is amazing. A little on the expensive side but worth it. Nice video guys.
Hey I work in the Belong Gaming Arena you passed by early on

Searched this up on the internet while getting food at the food court in KOP and I liked seeing the old pics lol
Loved this place.Thank you

KOP Mall has more square footage of retail space than the Mall Of America.
Surprised how few people there are. Twenty years ago the mall would be so crowded it was hard to walk around.
The connector between malls opened in 2015
I grew up in this mall but it's not really the same mall that i it was in the 70's v 80's. It's all high end retail now.
Are Mall Of America Or American Dream Bigger Because They Have Indoor Theme Parks Inside Of Them?
@@RuinRoad Sorry, I Had A Spelling Error I Had To Fix
I miss John Wanamaker!
So which is it? The largest or third largest??
Based on criteria used for ranking😃
Third largest mall, but mall of America and American dream are just famous for their amusement parks.
Making it the largest retail mall in
