I have your eCookbook and have been making this poke bowl once a week. I don’t always use black rice, but the black rice is definitely better than brown. Your gochuchang dressing is amazing and can be used on other things like sushi bowls, salads, or just drizzled onto rice. This is a good solid recipe and you can easily substitute other vegetables. I highly recommend it!!!
not sure how the ebook works, I paid for one and tried to download it.. made about 3 tries and then my chances were used up... must be hidden out there somewhere in my cyberspace neighborhood
Betty, I had the same thing happen to me, where I downloaded the book 3 times and couldn’t locate it on my iPad. It is in my FILES folder on my iPad. If you have an iPad I recommend you look there or on other apps like iBooks that holds downloaded content. Good luck!!

Living in Hawaii I eat too much poke so today decided to try this instead! I used brown rice and instead of beets I sauteed local mushrooms with the tofu. It looks delicious and so excited to share with my vegan friend! Thanks for your channel and awesome ideas.

this is literally my favourite go to dish now! it's quick, healthy, requires very less oil, and overall delicious. i would say it's the sauce that does wonders. at days when i run out of other ingredients for the sauce, i just use soy sauce, honey, and lemon; to me it still tastes lovely. i substitute with different veggies and be creative with it but the sauce is really what makes it heaven. i love it xx

I did this twice now while swapping some veggies, using honey instead of maple syrup was much better for me, other than that, this is super good, I’m happy you helped me relieve my cravings, I’ve been thinking of poke for a while since I last had at a shop in bilbao!

I just made this. I left out the edamame, corn, black sesame seeds, and used toasted sesame. I also used golden and red beets. It was delicious. 🤗
