Thank you for your video. I love making poke with the Bluefin and Yellowfin that I catch each year. We are going to try your variation! We have other additions like mango, jicama, diakon and shredded carrot
@hbgriss if you're in America, it looks like stuff you can pick up at H-Mart. If I'm feeling lazy I might just substitute it for togarashi instead but idk if chef approves lol
Yup I make the spicy powder blend myself with Korean gochugaru powder, cayenne, and chili powder. The recipe is up during the ingredients section. You can also use Japanese togarashi powder as well. Hope that helps!

Thanks for sharing and definitely give this a try!
Do you make the crab sauce or buy it pre made?
Where do you get the spice mix? Make yourself or? 👍🏻
Spicy mayo is typically japanese mayo, sriracha, and Rayu (spicy sesame oil)
@@takehirotaniguchi6271 sorry, that was not what I was mentioning. It’s the dry powder mix I am curious of. Thanks for asking 👍🏻
@@takehirotaniguchi6271 not the mayo. The little red spice container.
