Really helpful step by step. Everyone else I watched were taking off calipers, tie rods, and damn near the whole front suspension. Thanks for saving me time enough to enjoy una cerveza después!
Hi BjSmith-st6zv you’re very welcome, brother. Glad the video could help. Now you’re talking cerveza time lol thank you very much for watching. I appreciate you.
Hi@@slickamaster it took about an hour to do and the price depends on what kind of struts you buy if you buy 250 dallor struts it’s gonna cost you 250 if you buy $100 dollar struts it will cost you 100 hope that helps you and thank you for watching I really appreciate you.
@Marty09933 I'm also getting front lower control arms done too it's a total of 200 dollars 100 dollars each part and the mechanic is charging me 300 dollars to put them on you think is a fair price and thank you for responding
I've watched other videos and none of them showed the release of the upper control arm, if you try to remove the strut without doing that, you cannot get the strut out, the geometry is such that you can spent the entire day trying to pry the strut out, and I know, cause I just did it. The hammer strike to the upper control to release it, great trick. I'll go back out there and finish up tomorrow. Thanks.
Hi@@jimarmstrong2630 you’re very welcome. I’m glad the video helped you. You got this brother You’re doing a great job and thank you for watching. I really appreciate you.

Hi Life with Von thank you and thank you for watching. I appreciate you.
What if I tightened the bottom nuts before the top? Stripped one of the 3 and wondering do i need to loosen the bottom before torque the top? Thanks
Hi T Mann no you’re OK that will hold it but whenever you get the chance replace with new strut thank you for watching brother I really appreciate you
I purchased monroe strut but the nut wasn't welded on the replacements.
Hi Layitdown33 that’s OK. It should come with the nut no worries it’ll be fine. Just make sure you put the nut tighten it up and you’re good to go.
What if the nut doesn’t come with it
What type of strut's did you buy dor the replacements

Very nice work. Love your comments. What was the initial problem? Was the front suspension making noise, rattling as you drive over bumps in the road?
