As a mother and parent to an almost 2 year old, my mornings change depending on which day of the week it is or even season, or better yet, what time this girl wakes us up 😳 My mornings are rough but funny enough the day I decided to film my daughter, Saga she was so chill 🤣 There are times I’m met with screaming or mornings like this where she’s so chill. How are your mornings? My goal is to get to my greenhouse earlier to read and pray. My daughter has been an earlier riser for a while around 5-6am. I’m hoping 6am will be our wake up call in the future. But for now mornings are GOOD 🙏🏾💕

At 40 I've been wanting to get back into makeup but felt so overwhelmed, I gave up on it ten years ago after giving birth to my daughter. As I watch this video, I've definitely taken note of your makeup routine because it's so simple, clean, and effortless. I woke up at 5 o'clock every day for 13 years because of my job, and that wasn't fun. I now wake up at 6:30 am every morning to prepare my daughter for school since I was laid off last year. This time it's a pleasure because I'm doing it for my dear daughter.
You did that! And what a blessing during this season you get to spend more time with your daughter 😍

I’m currently a mom of two beautiful boys! Luca is 3 years old & Mateo is 4 months. Waking up several times a night to breastfeed but currently up by 7:30ish. We moved to the DR during the pandemic , our son Luca was 9 months old ( I was born here , in the DR but raised in NYC; husband was born to Dominican parents in NYC and raised in the DR.) we love it here. God brought us here to save us both. We are in a beautiful town called Jarabacoa, up in the mountains. It has truly been a blessing. Love your content. It’s really edifying. I barely watch UA-cam, but when I do I make sure the content nourishes me. Be blessed, my dear!

Welcome to the toddler life. My son just turned 2 and it's amazing how much time I can dedicate to getting back to me. Working out and just looking human again. He's more independent and it's great
I wake up between 6 am and 8am. Depends on when I go to sleep. I’m self employed and live in Rwanda at the moment. No kids, so I have more freedom. But you do have such a beautiful Swedish home! I love it.

Yes. When you get caught in a rip tide. You just go with it. The more you try to fight it the stronger the rip tide is. When we just let go and trust the rip tide pushes us out calmly and smoothly.
Happened to me summer 2009 Wilmington, NC beaches. Very poignant lesson I learned that day. That experience was traumatizing but I learned to revere and respect water and it’s ability to give and take life quickly and easily.

had a rough nightcap today with my daughter (it’s just us two) and watching even the first few minutes made me so emotional. my girl is turning a year old in two weeks and seeing your little one walking, enjoying her babyccino, and your opening up with how difficult it is makes it feel a little less lonely.
I’m still in the no make up, sweat/yoga pants, band tee, and slides season. My little guy just turned 1 and I’m shocked that we all made it here and how fast time flew by. He was waking up around 6ish, but I recently realized that was only bc of his dads work schedule and not bc he was actually ready to wake up. So we have a new system now where he says bye to Dada in the mornings and then we take an EASY morning nap until 8ish. The rest of his day still rolls out as it would normally. Seriously though, this discovery has been extremely helpful for Mama and Baby’s mood.

@shamelessmaya aah to bed sooner is a concept for me many days. I let my girls sleep in late whenever I think they need it. Helps me get going in the morning, too. You'll get there! It's a constant learning overjoyed process when being a mom. You're doing great!

This was so lovely, really beautifully edited and so sweet to see the baby and your solo routine once you're alone. Just a lovely video. My husband and I wake up at 5am each morning as well. No kids but we moved during the pandemic so we have a further commute than when we lived in the city. Lot's of compromises but still worth it so far because I like nature and quiet stillness.
