Disability History Month 2020 | Spreading Awareness for our Disabilities

The 18th of November to 18th of December 2020 marks Disability History Month - the history of both visible & invisible disabilities are crucial in helping to spread more awareness & education of those who are disabled ✨
On this last day of Disability History Month (just in the nick of time oops) I have made a video with 5 lovely ladies who are all spreading awareness for their own disabilities!! It’s so easy to become overwhelmed with your own illness, that you can sometimes forget other people are struggling too. I learnt so much from these gorgeous gals, & I’m so excited for everyone to watch this & learn too!
I am honestly so proud of them all as it is NOT easy by any means to talk about something as personal as your health, so please show them all the support! x
