    When I'm anxious which is all the time I have a habit of taking deep breaths and filling my cheeks holding my breath and blowing out I do it over and overI actually didnt even know I do it but my daughter brought it to my attention n said I do it all the time and now she calls me out when I do it. Turns out I do it all the time. But I now noticed I do it cuz I'm nervous and/anxious and my lungs feel tight like Im not getting full breaths

      Not certain about the points made but ,if anyone else wants to uncover tips to overcome panic attacks try Nadazma Prevent Fear Helper (just google it ) ? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cousin got amazing results with it.

      @@simplybuyer1 try saffron , ginkgo biloba, ashwagandha, lion's mane or rhodiola rosea. It should help with anxiety. God bless you dear friend!! ❤✝️
