Good thing this is a large cake because I don't see this lasting very long! Too good for words - The gas oven and range is what I have in this apartment and it's a slow cooking gas oven. A slow cooking oven, I like. Got used to them from all the old gas on gas apartments where the heat came from the side of the stove! Thank you, Chef Charles 🥰
