red velvet cake- one and a half cup of vegetable oil ,2 cups of sugar ,two eggs, 1 (1 oz ) food coloring red ,3 teaspoons of white vinegar ,one teaspoon of vanilla extract, 3 cups of all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup of baking cocoa one teaspoon of baking soda ,one teaspoon of salt and one cup of buttermilk.
cream cheese frosting- two packs of cream cheese, 1/2 cup of butter softened ,3 and 3/4 cup of confectioner's sugar and 3 teaspoons of vanilla extract. bake 350 for 20 to 25 minutes
