Why do you have 100g of pineapple with every meal? Is it about fruit or something special about pineapple?
My guess is pineapple contains bromelain which is an enzyme useful for helping to digest protein
I like pineapple - it does aid in digestion too but mainly preference
Not to mention fruit helps keep you feeling full while taking in pretty low calories
