Based on your recommendation, blue light glasses were an absolute game changer for me. I work in an atmosphere where there is a tremendous amount of blue light. Wearing these allow me to decompress from work on late nights and assist in me going to bed at a proper time. The supplements from TBJP are also incredible. Great info here.
so when should we take unwind if we dont train after 2pm? i train early mornings and finish work around 5-6pm.....bed around 9pm
Kuba the supplements are sick but one thing I would try is cycle ashwagandha just because of how it works as an adaptogen and its benefits when cycled. It also has side effects like anhedonia when taken for long eventhough it depends on the person.

Cycling it is complicated cause its in a supplement with more compunds but if its possible…
my biggest issue is waking up like 3 times to go to the bathroom

Have u tried to stop drinking water like 2-3hrs before going to bed and going to the bathroom right before as well helps
@@hugohollevoet2489 yeah brother doesn’t seem to help if anything it makes it worse because i wake up midnight thirsty asf😂
@@xurxann I usually drink a ton during the day so I'm hydrated and then cut water like 2hrs before sleep and I don't wake up thirsty
