A few thoughts to share, 1. In my game, max level was 20 with 4 bells, and 100 villagers. I really hope they increase this, 100 people don't really sound like a "dynasty". Also you not only had to kill the leaders of the region, but a certain amount of underlings, and build 1 or 2 landmarks. For some reason the video makes it sound much more simplistic then what the actual requirements were. 2. Game needs more optimization, as FPS takes a back seat around the Samurai and Ronan strong holds. Multi-player FPS starts to tank when you reach about 30 villagers. 3. Moving a bell is possible, but be warned it could have side affects. 4. Placing a bell will only allow you to get resources from the region where the bell was placed, not the build perimeter of the village. In other words you can't place a bell and allow the build perimeter to cover 3 regions at the same time and expect to harvest from 3 regions. Yes, i did this so you dont have to, your welcome. 5. How do you build the monastery as the build component is a bell? It seems to me that you will have to make a choice between new village or bling bling for old village. 6. Things this game should add, Dynasty level increased to minimum of 30, population increased to 200, or allow pre-existing villages under player control. Villagers can change into clothes as a way to use luxury. Guards can be seen with armor as well. More optimization for the love of frame rate. All in all this game did exceed expectations as my formula for rating games is that I expect to get 1 hour of playtime per dollar. With 112 hours vs 20 USD, I call that a win. Also side note, 112 hours of game play and only 1 crash, Bethesda I'm looking at you.
@jasonburchett4260 Thanks for to in depth info! 1. originally it was 21 with 5 bells but must have changed that seeing that the fps drops so low. Yes, I may have made it sound easy but it is not😆 2. It looks like they just added an update to improve fps in enemy camps. 3. It is a tricky process moving the bell, especially once you have place a lot of structures in it. 4. Thank you for clarifying! 5. They have changed requirements for the belfry WITH NEW UPDATE👍👍 6. Needs way more optimization and villager cap yes! Developers are definitely on the right track with what they are doing and I am also happy with my purchase
@@axefield There's a nexus mod supposedly that helps fps, haven't tried it. If you move your bell anything not in your village parameters will de-spawn at the change of season. Supposedly. Sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't. As far as liberation the map tells you what's needed, the leaders haven't been a requirement for my game anyhow. On the contrary eliminating leaders did nothing for my game except that they did not re-spawn. The only exception being the region your game starts in, your liberation requirement is eliminating the enemy camp in the upper left corner. Current build is 50+ villagers per village,(haven't reached max yet, unsure of cap really), the having a child aspect is unfinished after education, and 4 bells max. There's also an endgame leader, no spoilers.
@@axefield Oh, also, I recommend removing the inventory accesses that you can build a hub for, that are inside of production buildings to make room for multiple production "furniture", you'll probably have to move things around to fit them all, to save from having to build multiple buildings to produce same items. Or you can experiment with what's allowed, I had one smithy, coal only, and built another for smithy work and such, for example. That gave me 3 kiln in one building instead of 3 buildings, one kiln each. It works with any production buildings that have more than one proper space for things. Some do not.
@@MrAnderson5157 thanks for all the info! Really appreciate it😄👍 I know at one stage they allowed you to place the kilns outside, but now you are not allowed to do that anymore🫤 The forge is amazing though! I can fit 3 kilns, 3 tataras and many other things in it. That is really the way to go once you have unlocked that. I would like to try the mod to improve fps sometime. So disappointing that I get so much lag on good pc setup
Axe... I just this game, and love it, so nice.. Like your wids and tips! Thx.. BTW are You from South Africa? .. The way you say"Building" sound like you are?? :-) I need to get that forge building ASAP
Can’t you just pick up your bell tower and carry it somewhere else instead of destroying it? I did this once when I decided to move to another location.
The developer on UA-cam claims that there will be raids in the future. So, setting up many towns early on and a town that is purely for farming without a wall or any security defenders will become a problem in the future.
Great advice! I am finding when i build, if i make a mistake and say put a wrong wall ( maybe i want to change for one with a window), i can only destroy the whole building instead of the wall i want to change. I like the game but find it very grindy.
@@Tigs2 I hope this helps, when you have your hammer selected stand close to the wall you want to change. You will see an option modify material and also change type. Flax can be found just North of the Aratani village. If you fast travel to Aratani village, go North and cross the river and you can find flax next to the Special project building place. It grows only in Summer, so you won't find it any other season.
