Larry Carlton is more than an artist… a phenomenon,a force of nature,by sheer will and his god given gifts, that he worked incredibly hard all his life to acquire ,Learn, practice and hone to become the master that mr Carlton is….a standing ovation mr Carlton i bow to the ground in honour of your body of work
The Sire instruments are fenomenal. I've the S7 and H7V and after a decent setup they play on par with any high end instrument I have. The factory setup was very good but there are always things to improve, minor nut adjustments basicly. Larry's tone is in his fingers. It is good to see him play his signature guitars. You don't see that normally.
just got one of these Sire H7 guitars, that exact colour ... it's an amazing guitar, solid tones and just so easy to play having owned a Gibson Nashville ES335 Custom, I can honestly say that the Sire H7 holds its own as a quality semi-acoustic ... playable straight out of the box, thanks Andertons Music for shipping the guitar in pkayable condition, no setup required
What a lovely man in addition to his prowess as guitarist extraordinaire.
It's good to see an Artist actually playing an affordable instrument with his name on it.
Now that instrument is not affordable anymore 😊😊
@@grahamgonsalves1149 All relative especially compared to his custom 335
It could be custom made by sire. Still glad to see him playing his own signature guitar
I dont think price of an instrument matters that much as long as it plays good
What matters is how the musician delivers his emotions in the music
I agree, tho I suspect in this case that it's a marketing decision, not an artistic one. IE, that he would *prefer* to be playing his Gibson.

Larry is so good. I really love his Steely Dan studio session work.

Timeless melody.
Very proud to have the same guitar... although mine doesn't sound quite the same!! :)

I've been interested in checking one of those out. It sure sounds good in the vid.
Do you think the Gibson was better?
I have a H7 as well - in red. Lovely piece of kit. Mine from Andertons as well. Great service. As you say well set up out of the box.
We live in the golden age of affordable guitars now.
Absolutely! Love my oh so affordably priced Ibanez AG-75!
With this guitar and the boss katana I will be unstoppable 😈
Only if the guitarist can play worth a darn.
Beautiful and sweet note ~~~
Beautiful!
I bought the Sire T7. If you are looking for a good guitar 600.00 it's well worth it. They are great guitars.
That guitar and music are gorgeous.
So glad I got to see him in San Juan Capistrano in 2017. He lit it up! I have been a fan of his since the 80s and had all his solo albums.
He is the bomb
As the poster below me said, it's great to see Larry play his Sire. But I do wish he had played the solo he played on the Sleepwalk album 😁
Forgot where I was for a moment
What a great comment - thank you - you made my night..
Amazing Larry. Unique in his style..
Love his
DiMarzio DP 103 PAF 36th Anniversary Bridge pickup installed sound better now imo
Larry will sound celestial also on a pointy headstock with a Floyd….
Lovely.. saw him in person 2 years ago in Miami Beach!!
Hank Marvin will like it
700 dollar guitar still sounds like Larry Carlton.
