I sure have. Ordered that the same day they announced it on the official PSB website. The wall paper is one of many photos I took at their Super Concert IN Osaka 2019.
Doesn't work for me. Yes the HDMI function works, but, my 720p LCD TV will display 4:3 but slightly cuts off the left and right sides of the image, most noticeable on the menu. I don't want to buy a 1080p TV just to test this out as a possible solution. Anyone else have a solution to my problem?
I have the same make of ultra wide LG monitor, the UI even looks the same. Aspect Ratio is under input for some odd reason. You want to change it to original instead of "full screen" sometimes you even need to change this twice. It tends to favor stretching to ultra wide.
I followed your instructions, but it displays a crashed picture via HDMI . Maybe I had HDMI before? Because when I went on GMenu2X before the update it displayed HDMI: On and also a HDMI: 0/1 option below it. The 0/1 option now vanished. Is there anything I can do now? (RG-350M)
I have a different problem. Out of the box PSX games where running mostly fine (besides GT2 wich had the same problem as i have now with every game). After booting up the game usually the intros work fine but then I see like scan lines or like the buffor is just showing every 2/4 lines don't know how to fix that... Anyone had the same problem?
This is the ONE thing the PocketGo 2 is missing that I REALLY wish it had. The price was right but seeing this makes me wish I had went with the RG-350 instead.

Say Mark. I have another Battle of the Ports request if you like to partake on. The game is called, "Sega Bass Fishing". It debuted in 1997 and it's available for Arcade, Dreamcast, Wii, Playstation 3, Xbox 360, and Windows. Anthony..
You can't change the Aspect Ratio on that monitor? Are you sure about that? I have never seen a modern monitor that couldn't do that. Hell, if that was the case then I would have IMMEDIATELY returned that hunk of junk to whatever place I got it from, cus that is pretty absurd.
Well here is the thing, it's a PC monitor. PC monitors don't need to change aspect ratio because that is done in the PC side. This isn't meant to be used as a game console monitor.
@@RetroCore I suppose that's true as it's usually done by the resolution that the PC sends, but still, I'd expect modern monitors to have some sort of aspect ratio option these days. All of the ones I've used have had it. Guess that doesn't mean that all do tho. I don't think I could be happy with one that doesn't. It's your monitor tho so whatever floats ur boat.
This is the first time I'd ever used it for something other than the PC. This is why I was surprised to see it had no option. At first I thought that was cheap but after one year of use on with a PC I've never needed that feature which is why it didn't bother me. Now, if My TV didn't have the options, that would really bother me.
Yep. I'm doing it on this video. The white / silver cable is the HDMI while the black one was the USB C cable charging the device while I was using it.

Really we shouldn't need to do this it should be plug and play im having problems with my mame emulator it saying the files not there or something even though the games are there. Its a complicated device. I currently domt own a pc mine broke
It surely is, but it has quite high demand for the PC specs. Overall back in 2018 I remember people in the business were using this only for colour fix purposes, and got the main job done on Avid or Premiere. Even Avid has a freeware version and it works, as long as you are okay with being limited into 2 video tracks. Not sure how things look like right now, but back in 2018 it also wasnt accepting quite large variety of formats, so those had to be converted everytime. Not really the best tool for UA-cam purposes, its more of a way to get used to normal Avid if you plan on working at TV. Vegas was a tool I saw used mostly for making music videos, the last Vegas I've been working with was a Platinum 9 years ago, so I'm not really up to date. Since last year I've been using Premiere and sort of got used to it, despite the fact I have to pay the money for the full set, instead of just Premiere, AE and converter. I dont need Photoshop, Illustrator and other stuff, but yet Im forced to pay for this all, when there are cheaper options of getting image editors only. Thats bonkers, but what can you do. Many people also started using Hitfilm Express, as its a fairly easy to use one. Sadly I have got no experience with it.
I take a look at that. This is the first time I've ever had this issue with video from the phone. Maybe it's because I changed the video setting to 265 instead of 264?
@@RetroCore H.264 is still the most common codec, so maybe it is the cause. Although H.265 should also be working. Strange, sadly I cant check this, I do not own Vegas
I can confirm this is the case. Shot a 4k video with all the same settings today apart from switching back to H. 264 and Sony Vegas had no issues. I should update my Klite code pack. Hopefully that will fix the option.
now my anbernic has no text, how can i back to my previous version?
Sorry, I have no idea.
FZero looks quite cool in ultrawide!
It was quite the challenge to play like that. Maybe I was too close to the monitor.
I started from scratch, got crystal clear HDMI now, but no sound. Anything I can do?
Do they have any screen protectors for it yet?
Thanks for another great video.

My capture card is very old. It's a Korean model called Sky Capture X.

It's possible the firmware was changed since this video was made. I can only suggest starting from scratch.

I'm afraid I don't know the answer to that.
Looks cool Mark. I like it. 8^)
Anthony..
Great video and very thankful. Before proceeding to update, how can I create a back up image of my current build inside my RG350?
I'm afraid you need a way to read Linux files. Windows can't read the boot SD card data in full.

No. They won't send me one and sadly I don't have the cash to buy one. I bought this RG-350M instead

Yes but that was a time when a shooter was a shooter not the stupid Shmup that people say today. Times have changed 😕.
Then again, thinking about it. Maybe people say modding because the firmware that we are installing as an update has been modded from the original.
