Ok. Hear me out. Use actual Boba straws instead of the regular ones. Pour a little bit of soap into a glass/jar just to cover its bottom. Then, while it's still wet, stick a bunch of straws in there. As much as the jar can hold. Then, pour soap into them. Seems much more efficient this way, just saying
Can't you use silicone straws? You could pre cut a slit down it and I'd make a stopper that can be put on either side. You could also look in a home improvement store

There are silicone straws that have a slit to come apart maybe they could work? You can get em on amazon
You should use the small sphere ice cube trays from Amazon! Makes perfect balls every time😂😂😂
