In this video, I am going to inspire you (and of course show you) 9 different ways to enter back rocks. If you've been struggling to think of ways to do so, here's the video for you!

How does one get their back rock smooth and nice? What are some basic tips and pointers for it? I'm so lost my back rock looks messy

Hips raised, weight towards your head, roll high across your shoulders, keep your hands high and close to your head (imagine you're blocking a punch to the side of your head.)

You can do whatever you want bro. Breaking is about creativity and doing what you want/your own moves.
I am here to inspire you and show you movements that you can learn to expand your move vocabulary, not hand you everything on a silver platter.

Yep! You can get out of backrock and enter footwork. Do a grub into freeze. Do a rollback. Enter powermoves. Go back to toprock.
So many options! The possibilities are endless :-)
