Hi Erin, can you give me advice how to do headspin? Everytime i do the headspin even using hat, my head always get injure and theres a bit of blood on my head, it feel really painful when im shampooing my hair. #AskErin
Wester Lg Try to get a special hat, or even a helmet if the first option doesn't work.
Wester Lg hi, it's been 5 months but just in case, I will answer this.
1. on what kind of ground are you spinning on? If your head is even bleeding you are probably spinning on some very rough ground. Try to find a floor that is smooth and clean.
2. What kind of hat? Don't ever use a Cap, it's gonna destroy your head. If you use a beanie you are fine, beanies are the best tools for headspins.
3. You can also wear 2 beanies if you think it hurts you a lot. A friend of mine does that too. I wouldn't recommend it though, but if there is no other way, do it ✌️ I am also learning headspin and almost got it, good luck if you are still practicing it ✋

From what I know, that move was done way before (like in the OG days) even Menno taught or did it (btw, never watched his tutorial too.)

just depends where your from really, terminology is different, same move though
I was taught that there were called pretzels, and sweeps are something else.
All I can think of is how much of a waste it is to break in Ultra Boosts lol.
