These are fundamentals, basic building tools for any style.
He's giving you an essential tip for Backrocks, which is to KEEP YOUR HIPS OFF THE FLOOR. It's not biting if you do Backrocks, it's biting if you do little/whole sections of another bboys set. It's biting when you straight rip a signature move from someone and don't add any personal flavor to it when you do it.
